Prices have constantly gone up but we’ve still kept coming. Now they’re charging extra $ for things they’ve haven’t charged for the 3-4 years I’ve been going; burger is already $12. That’d be bad enough if we weren’t looked at annoyingly like we were idiots for asking why the company all of a sudden charged for things they never had. Add that to this location stopping adding the metal fry bin worth of fries on top of the fries you purchase (this has been an established store policy not a one time occurrence); which has always been the justification for the excessively high prices for fries. Don’t know if this is new company policy or overzealous management trying to reduce food cost ratios. One of those $12 burgers was also made incorrectly even though it was rung correctly. Overall really bad experience
