I got to give a huge shout out to the nice young lady working the counter. Not only did she let me in the door at 8:59, but she was very patient with me as my phone had difficulties loading my mobile order. After she read it right from my phone and got my order to me in under 5 minutes, she had forgotten to add my cone, so she gave it to me for no charge. I’ll choose this location over a location that’s much closer to me just because of her.

They’re usually good but I went through the drive thru tonight and my son orders the same thing every time we go…Mint Chocolate Chip Blizzard so I ordered him a medium blizzard and when we got home he says “Eww Mom what is this!?” It was what I ordered (chocolate chip cookie dough) They gave me both the same blizzars and the receipt showed I ordered them cause they put it in their system wrong so they refuse to fix THEIR mistake

Every time I get a blizzard it’s completely pulverized. The pictures show some chunks in the ice cream, what you get is like a milk shake. It’s gross and I’m done buying anything from there. No one wants some mucus consistency fluid with a couple of specks inside.

My mom had went there and the girl that served her had a bad attitude n made my mom feel like she should have left. She also had dropped lids on the floor and picked them up and placed them onto the things that were ordered which is unsanitary. And overall, the place was dirty.
