My order didn’t go through online so I was disappointed. I ordered it again in the restaurant after someone finally came to take my order. She told me that my order was cancelled, I told her that I wanted to reorder the same things which was the 8 piece chicken and eight chicken strips with three sides. I walk back out to my car to get my wallet and my order was ready, assuming that the order was done correctly. I left when I got home. All I had was eight chicken strips and two sides for $32. Needless to say, this was not a good experience and won’t be going back to KFC anytime soon.

I ordered the 8 piece Kentucky Grilled Chicken. The pieces of chicken are the smallest I’ve ever seen. The tub in the pic below is not the normal size tub. The little bowl is a KFC gravy bowl. I put it there so you can see the size of the chicken.

If you order online go inside to pick up your order. Do no wait in drive thru. It is their rule but there is no sign that says that so you will get to the speaker and will be told that you have to go inside

I just went to this kfc & the speaker to order was outside on the ground. So the young black lady could not hear me & asked me to pull. When i pulled around she had the most hateful look & wouldn’t even ask to take my order. So sad. I just told her to have great day & left.
