The food is delicious! I have dined in and gotten food to go and it’s always great! I get the lunch special with half noodles, half rice. The dumplings and sushi are yummy too! The portions are huge! We love Hibachi Express!

Guy that took my order was rude and then made me uncomfortable by staring at me. Ordered food to go. I got no silverware and only one little sauce cup for a while hibachi steak entree and sushi. They wouldn’t give me anymore sauces. I get home and eat and the steak is horrible. Nothing but fat and the few pieces that weren’t fat were barely cooked through. And it had no flavor at all.

Rude staff like everyone else said the lady in the front. I was coming in to pick up an order that was place before store closed and instead of them making it they decided not to. I came in an she looked at me and instantly said store closed cancel order. Not even a sorry. Just sad how you treat people that is helping your business. I don’t think you realize that people that deliver your orders is helping to expand your business to people outside of your local customers that are not close in proximity of the location of the store.

Rude staff. They talk over you while you are attempting to order. They need a few courses on etiquette and efficient customer service. While giving my order the lady just stopped and answered the phone. Never said a word to me. Then a guy from the back walked up and asked “do you want it or not”? No hello or anything. I just turned away and walked off. Food was just ok. I’ve had better for less price.

The lady who takes your order at the front is VERY RUDE! She cuts you off with comments or by answering the phone while you’re trying to place an order. And when you try to confirm what she has rung up at the register she catches an attitude, so check your receipt.

We had the lunch special with rolls and clear soup. It was the best I’ve ever had in my life so far. If I had an event o would definitely use this place to cater for us. The staff is polite and attentive every time.

I ordered hibachi chicken and steak take out with cheese wontons and a spicy tuna roll. The hibachi was really good. I make it a point to try wontons wherever I go, we e enjoy them. These wontons were a bit runny and you could barely taste the cream cheese mixture. The tuna in the spicy tuna roll was weird. I’d go back and omit ordering the latter items as I ended up discarding them. Service was quick and good, and a fair price. Definitely a good experience still.

Looks are deceiving… Worst rice ever, taste just like steam bagged rice and not fried. Chicken has a terrible rubbery texture. I guess 1 star for thr zuchinni and squash. Such a waste of 36.00 for 2 of these trays!!!
