The food is ok, but custumer service is a big zero. They don’t know how to talk and treat their customers. The lady who takes the orders is extremely rude, she’s always angry and yelling at customers for no reason. She needs to take her Prozac before going to work.

Food is good, can’t deny that. On another note, they have lots of flaws and are not consistent. They will at times treat you like they don’t want your business. We’ve waited over an hour for a order we placed on the phone and was told it was ready for pick up. We’ve gotten the wrong order and was told it was our fault. Good luck.

I’ve been coming here for the past couple of years and I have to tell you at first their customer service was terrible, meanwhile their food was pretty good. Recently, I’ve been ordering take out from them and I have to tell you disappointment after disappointment. The food they’ve been serving us is terrible now, had to toss put the food numerous times because it ws spoiled. Never seen rice so slimy and smelly before, couldn’t even look at it. The portions are getting smaller, prices are increasing and yet the food isn’t fresh. It looks like they left the rice put for days and put it to warm up and serve the customers. It’s very disgusting, my girlfriend and I decided to stop coming here.

Table 22, I hate to give you this review because I’ve had a few “good” experiences with you in the past, BUT… You continuously push your customers away, even when they give you countless other choices. This last time was it for me. The rice was so slimy, I wondered if you were trying to give people food poisoning. It was as if it had been cooked days prior but was still being served. That’s the only explanation to such spoiled and smelly food. The sos pwa was burned and I just had to throw the whole thing away. I won’t be back.

My wife ordered food 20 minutes before I arrived for pickup and I still ended up waiting another 30 minutes after I got there. Smh! Talk about slow! But I will admit the food was amazing.

You call for take out and they tell you it’ll be ready in 20 minutes, you show up 40 minutes Later and still have to wait another 25 minutes because it’s still not ready. Smh!
