Let me note that I live 4 minutes away from Wingstop. I ordered a 3 piece tender with fries. The fries were literally freezing with the wrong seasoning on them. & this is how much oil was left on my tenders.

Went at noon. Bathroom was disgusting,the counters,and all the tables were sticky. I waited 30 min for 8 wings,and I was the only customer. Never again. Based on how clean the dining area is,I wouldn’t trust this place

Everything was perfect. My pick up order was right, on time and fresh. Customer service was super awesome even though the lobby was packed and there were only 2 workers. I saw the workers washing their hands in between customers and orders. Really great experience tonight. Great job guys. Thank you.

Be aware: if you order through door dash or are a dasher, this place is very slow every single time I go to pick up someone’s order. I’m a dasher, so I am doing this to obviously make money.. the longer a store takes to get the customers order to me, the less money I am able to make. i’m not trying to be rude, but a few of the workers here move a noticeably slow pace. I just waited over 30 minutes for an order after being told numerous times it would be just a few more minutes and this happens very often. I’m not sure why I keep taking orders from here knowing this and thinking it’ll be different, people must know how long they take because usually the pay is a little higher.. however not when you factor in how long you were waiting for said order 🙁

Giving a 5 star only,because the young lady worked her tail off, didn’t complain once, & the food was fire. Of course the wait was longer than expected. Made just as I asked on top of having 12+ orders Infront & behind me working all by herself. I take my hat off to her, because most would’ve walked out. She kept her composure the whole time. Totally unacceptable Wing Stop. That’s how you lose great employees like herself. Get this lady some help! It’s becoming harder to find a “reliable” Wing Stop location these days, & this location came the closets to my expectations of good wings. Only because of her . It was Saturday Night between 10pm- closing. Hell, she worked well past closing. She should be recognized, that’s why I’m writing this long review
