This Dunkin is a very nice, clean facility. The young folks that work there are very nice, sweet and helpful! They fix my frozen coffee for me without the liquid sugar (I’m diabetic and try to avoid as much sugar as possible). I know this is a pain for them to do but they are so accommodating.

Went to dunkin’ donuts today through the drive-thru I go there every single day order my iced coffee large they said they didn’t have any large cups so they would give me two smalls I was fine with that got to the window and it was a big mix-up I guess inside they didn’t communicate with each other so they were giving me a small after we pay him for the large a girl named Kaylee came over and got into the conversation and said that they didn’t have to give us another cup that the small cup was fine even though we paid for a large and then she insisted that it was our fault because we ordered a large and they didn’t have any cups even though they said well they volunteered to like can we just give you two small cups and we were like fine so became a big ordeal we were insulted there are cameras there to prove it and then we were asked to leave so think twice before you go through this drive-thru the young man that’s usually there is amazing but when he leaves the place falls apart and I’m

This location is amazing! I go there on my way to work every morning and I am always 5 minutes late to everything, and this location is so speedy, they can work through a line out of their parking lot in less that 5-10 minutes and my order is ALWAYS correct and I am back on the road driving to work with my hot and fresh food and my amazing coffee. Everyone at this location are always friendly and smile every day. I will always come to this location.

Very sweet and patient people who work here. Many people do not realize that these restaurants are struggling to find workers. The employees at this location are doing a wonderful job at keeping up with the demands while not having enough staff. I think it is sad that in these days and times that Dunkin had to put signs up and other restaurants have had to do the same telling people to be nice to their employees But it’s nice to see these companies sticking up for their employees. Anyone who has worked in the restaurant business, especially fast food, knows it’s not easy even when your store is fully staffed and working well together.

Not friendly at all!! They forgot a part of my order, didn’t notice until I got home. Went back and told them what was missing, also showed my receipt. Cannot believe she asked me if I was trying to get it for free!!! She was rude both times I was there. I’m probably 20 yrs older than her, and the way she spoke to me was shocking!! Unacceptable at any age.
