Everything is great but they literally refuse to give me double pizza sauce. I like my pizza very saucy and there is so little sauce on their pizza, I can barely taste it. Even when I ask for double sauce. After the fifth time of asking for double sauce and hardly getting any, it makes me not want to come back.

Ordered two pizzas and a cheezy bread and had to wait an extra 15 min on top of my pick up time. Finally got home with the pizzas and they completely left off the toppings that I asked for and didn’t give me any of the sauces that I paid for. Tried to call back to get it corrected and was put on hold for another 15 min until I finally just hung up to eat the pizza that was wrong because it wasn’t worth waiting another 40 min for the right one to be made. If you’re going to charge people extra for toppings and sauces, then people should at least get what they paid for.

I ordered online and it claimed my pizza would be delivered at 12:50. I called a little after one and 1 pm and the manager answered. He claimed they had no driver and my order was voided. He was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I will never order from Marco’s again because of the managers nasty attitude. They should of had the common courtesy to at least call and inform me instead of making me wait

I’m not sure if it is a requirement of the staff to have any prior experience making food of any sort. They also seem to have trouble following order instructions. Wrong sauces, incorrect pizza toppings, overcooked food, and subs completely destroyed. I at least expect some quality for the price I pay (Medium pizza, sub, and wings cost $60 including 15% tip) Delivery drivers are at least kind and efficient. My advice is to take your time preparing the food. Have some pride in your work. Taking an extra couple minutes at the customers expense will deliver much more satisfaction than having it delivered quickly but almost inedible.

I’ve been a customer for approximately 35 years. And I’ve worked at the Tiffin and Perrysburg stores. Over the last several years I’ve seen the quality and service decrease at this location. Now they’re saying you can’t even get a cheesy bread with extra parmesan or get it well done. I’m afraid the Marco’s I knew is turning into a Little Caesars / gas station quality pizza place. Very disappointing to see.

If I could give a 1 star rating I would! Ordered pizza at 6:27 website said 57 min delivery time, at an hour and 1/2 called and the stated pizza was out for delivery (1st lie) Marcos app stated pizza had already been delivered (2nd lie). At 2 hours called again and was told delivery times were running 2 hours (3rd lie), and pizza was out for delivery. When I told them website said 57min manager said he doesn’t control what corporate puts for time limit (???). I have been ordering from this Marcos since they opened in Woodville, and the service has been getting worse over the past year. You are losing customers Marcos in Woodville, I won’t be ordering from this location ever again!

We always have the best experience with this Marco’s. We live just outside the delivery area but they always meet us 5 minutes from our house. Food is always perfect and delicious! Delivered earlier than quoted! They also deliver to Sycamore Grove, which is only the hippest spot to play pool. We appreciate y’all! Thanks Marcos!!

Less then a one star….. Very upset with the food from marcos tonight.… not only was it delivered 2 hours late but also had hair in the pizza and as you can tell it has been mushed. Be all mean ain’t the driver fault, she was very sympathetic and nice. Called up to the store and the manager was rude to the one who called to tried to get it fixed and figured out. Looks like we will be driving to perrysburg to get marcos from now on.……
