All the staff that works drive-thru are pleasant. My food is usually good. Today, a blonde hair Mngr was nice but trying to go so fast, shorted me $10 change. She was trying to give me my drink, bag and change at the same time. And she has done it before, but I caught it then. My beef and cheddar had maybe 1 tablespoon of sauce and cheese. Terrible sandwich.

We came close to close (admittedly too close) and ordered 2 cokes–Ta’Lyr, who took our order, noticed that our drinks looked a bit light, asked us to try them, and offered to get us two new ones when we realized they had little flavor. As someone who worked in food service, I would not have blamed her for letting it ride, but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We really appreciated it! ❤️
