Best food in the whole world. I really mean that! I have never been disappointed and the owner is amazing. The food and drinks are amazing. It’s the only place left that allows me to think of the good ol days. It brings back the past and allows for good memories. Name any restaurant and this will beat it. Better than McDonald’s all the way to Benihana. It’s all about the whole deal not just food. Excellent customer service. I will forever appreciate this restaurant and thanks Mr.BBQ for all the great times

Back in the day it was good! But now it is absolutely horrible! Please don’t waste your money and time going to this place. The old timer that Owns the place is very rude and unprofessional. I can handle that. But I can’t handle is rudeness and being served bad food. The bake beans and Mac and cheese was so awful. No one could eat them. They taste and look like they were leftovers from a few days ago. The rib bones appear to look like they came from riblets. Everything was just terrible

Not at all what I expected? The owner of the establishment was there by himself: taking orders from walk ins and over the phone, then he has to prepare them. The wait was understandable-not a problem but the quality of the food SUCKED. The BBQ chicken was soooo incredibly dry but drenched in sauce, gross. The corn bread was like drywall- dry and hard. It was as if the food was prepared the day/days before then reheated. NEVER again will I eat there.

Great flavor, nice owner given a second chance I would have ordered something other than the rib sandwich which was still on the rib bones, pretty hard to start eating without something silverware to get the bones cut out and be able to have the sandwich.

Do you miss the good old days? This place is like going into the past. You have to wear a mask to go in, but it’s worth it. It tastes like old-school home cooking. Don’t be in a hurry. Order your food , sit down and relax. Soon you will be eating home cooking. You can’t beat that!

The fries were great but quality of the burger patty was not good. You live and learn.

Sitting here eating for the first time ever and it is amazing. The owner is the sweetest man and his food is the best bbq I’ve ever tasted. The pulled pork is melt in your mouth delicious. Wish I could add a pic to show how good it looks.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating here many times (just not enough) over the years since the late 80’s & I have never been disappointed. I love his food & find the owner to be as sweet as his BBQ & refreshingly honest & kind!
