The pizza sucked. I am editing this review to be more accurate and helpful. I came close to closing time. I don’t care if I’m the first customer or the last customer, if you can’t sell me your product as it should be, don’t do it. The pizza may had been good had it been hot, but it was cold. They “warmed” the slice, but barely. It was horrible. I feel cheated.

Not a quality food. I have ordered fettuccine Alfredo chicken pasta. There was no chicken at all in the plate.Alfredo pasta is like milk water.

We chose this as it somewhat resembled a Sbarros, but we were extremely disappointed. Had I known my pasta would have been heated in a microwave, we wouldn’t have bothered. My husband’s Stromboli was dropped on the ground, and the server looked around and appeared to only get a new one when we made eye contact. Pasta, a slice of pizza, and a subpar Stromboli for over $30. It all tasted terrible.

My pizza was fresh because I ordered the 18″ deluxe pie. A bit pricey. The pizza was delicious and fresh, but I did see them take their slices off pizzas that were already made and sat there. Just buy a whole pie, and it will be fresh.

This location did not have the giant meatballs the past two times we visited. The gentleman behind the counter did not make it clear if it’s that they don’t carry them or they were out. I asked twice. Workers are not as friendly as the South Park location. The stuffed pepperoni pizza and the bread is good. The line can be long on weekends but it moves rather quickly. My order was to go, but there was no parmesan packets in my take out bag.

Pretty good for mall pizza. If you’re feeding a family of 4, go for buying a whole pie to get a better deal.

Very large and spacious restaurant with plenty of seating and you don’t feel cramped. We arrived around 6:40 without a reservation and was seated promptly. Our waiter was few seconds behind and took our drink orders.

Bad customer service from the old guy that worked there. It could have went okay if he would have stayed in the back where he was. I paid almost 30 for my food and when I asked for a side of ranch he was trying to charge me extra with attuoude. Next time I’ll take my time and money somewhere else

I got a slice of pizza and a pepperoni calzone. They reheated the food, to add the guy was super rude. Poor attitude, no smile, poor service, guy spoke in a rude manner. I don’t even think one star is good enough. Also the food is over priced to just be reheated. Don’t recommend.

Microwaved Food! Got the Fettuccini Alfredo, the guy plopped some in a bowl and threw it in the microwaved for several minutes. If I wanted microwaved food I would have stayed at the hotel and got a frozen meal from the H-E-B. Alfredo sauce was seperated, the noodles were mush and the roll was old and stale!
