They have really perfected making really good dishes. It was my wife and our first anniversary and we celebrated it by hiking music Pass. That was our priority and I forgot to get a reservation but luckily we came just early enough where the sat is in the corner and gave us exceptional hospitality and service. I would highly recommend you get a reservation as they get fully packed. Don’t forget to try the brownie.

Perhaps it was just an off night. For their sake and ours. Service was pretty good; no complaints. Prices are way up. Food quality and portions way down. The fried chicken … a specialty of theirs … must have been made earlier in the day and spent the afternoon and evening under a heat lamp. Dry as can be. Smallest chicken pieces I’ve ever seen. Served with lukewarm, gummy mashed potatoes. And four very small carrot pieces. And I realize that refills on the salad are available, but I don’t think I’ve ever been served a salad on a saucer. My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at The Alpine and it was absolutely perfect! Kendra and the team at the Alpine are so easy to work with and made all of our wishes come true, from the cigar bar, the sparkler send off, and the assorted desert table, they made our night better than we could have hoped! Dan and his team in the kitchen knocked it out of the park with our food and we received compliment after compliment. The Alpine will be a place we come back and visit frequently.

Service was fantastic. Out server was very attentive and right on the spot when needed. Bean soup was delicious and twisted braid honey bread terrific . Our food was outstanding. Steaks were done perfectly, medium rare for me, medium for my brother in law. My wife’s salmon was fantastic! Sister in law’s shrimp was amazing. Would highly recommend this restaurant! And we will be back.

Beautiful place, nice local atmosphere. We ate dinner in the winter. Looks like the place is a local favorite, and probably gets hopping in the summer. Looking foreward to eating on the deck this summer. All the food was good, beer was cold and service was wonderful!

Food was great. Our waitress, there were 2working, seemed to be a table hog. Taking every table that was seated after us ( 6 )except 1. She checked on us once after delivering our food then never walked by our table again. After about 20 minutes I asked the other waitress to tell her we would like to see her. She came out and went 2 tables away took those peoples order turned around and walked away her coworker brought us to go boxes and we waited some more Finally I yelled at her “ miss wed like to see you please”she stopped to check on another table then made her way to ours. I ordered a dessert to go and asked for our check. Check was delivered promptly. Then we were just waiting for the dessert.
