1st time to eat here. I have always heard good things about the one in Tulsa. Went to order the meatball sandwich and fries and they said the fryer didn’t work. Then switched to the fish and chips. I got a sandwich with just tuna on it. Nothing else. The bread was really hard like it had been sitting out. I was hoping this place was going to be good because I love a good sandwich.

We visited the Jenks OK location today and were terribly disappointed!!! I had to ask for the drink for our kids meal 2x one of which only got me a dumbfounded stare. My sandwich was not edible. The lettuce was wilted. The avocado was brown. I had 1 piece of turkey on my sandwich and 8 gallons of mustard. I tried to wipe some off but the bread was gross and soggy from all of the mustard. We paid $31 for a kids meal 2 small sandwiches with almost no meat and 2 chips and I couldn’t even eat it. Would not recommend and will not be returning!!!

Pulled up to order at drive thru and sat for almost 5 mins and no one ever came on. So pulled up to window and was told they quit serving at 7:40pm. Website and google says they close at 9pm. Not sure why we weren’t able to order. Very disappointed with this location.

Initially was impressed, because was clean restaurant and greeted. But went downhill from there, There were 9 people working and only two other people there. Took 16 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. The sandwiches were the same except one minus peppers. Two small hot sandwiches, 1 order fries, 1 shake, and 1 soda, $30.00, not good price for value. Brought us the fries and shake. The soda machine syrup wasn’t mixing good. Brought this to the attention of the manager, he said he changed it earlier and needed to let it run. I got more soda and still wasn’t mixing correctly. Had to wait on sandwiches. They called out name. Got our sandwiches. First not hot so much didn’t melt cheese. One sandwich was to be minus peppers, both had peppers. Took back up there and they looked at me like I was crazy. Had to wait another 10 minutes for the sandwich. When I went up there, the answer was it takes 4 minutes to make a sandwich. At this time a young lady came in and they guys were falling over themselves to help her. They guys brought her sandwich before I got a replacement sandwich. Finally had to go the counter to get the status of my replacement sandwich. If you enjoy cardboard, then this is the sandwich for you. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, his response was ” We only been open a week, we needed more time to get it right.”

This place was great to visit and a new favorite for my family and I. Great prices, fun atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and fast. The lobby was super clean and very busy. I ordered a hot salami, pepperoni, spicy capicola, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, oil and vinegar sandwich with fries and a drink. It came out very fast considering they were slammed with customers. The sandwich was perfect to my liking, and the fries were hot. I look forward to eating here on a regular basis because it was good, fast, and a great spot.

Not a fan of the computer ordering with a family of 4. Bring back the easy to use paper bag. Also ordered a milk shake only to find out they just had a bunch of silly Gelato flavors and nothing close to what we were wanting.

Food is good just whoever is working needs to make sure the sandwich being made and what goes on it. I ordered one that doesn’t come with lettuce and ended up with it. No onions like it was suppose to have, bit of a let down. Least the other sandwich turned out okay.

What a great addition to Jenks! And so happy to see young people working their first (or one of their first) jobs at this local owned establishment. Can’t wait to see the impact Which Wich has on our Jenks community. Sandwiches are delicious and a there is wonderful selection – sandwiches, gelato, breakfast, coffee drinks! YUM! Great experience!
