This was the most horrible experience my family and I have ever had at any Burger King. Just 30 minutes ago, we ordered 2 small Whopper combos. The customer service was not friendly. She was agitated for some reason. The onion rings were so hard, it could have chipped my teeth. The sandwiches were both cold and not fixed as we requested. It was not a good experience, even after we sat and waited for service and food. I called the store to let them know if the poor service and quality of food but no one answered. This is unacceptable!

Staff is ignorant and unprofessional. They lack customer service and they are always doing everything but their job. HR needs to get better management as well. They have attitude problems over little stuff like extra sauce. They also over cook the food. BK isn’t BK anymore. Stop hiring people just to fill positions.

This place is awful. They have to be understaffed on top of not having fully trained staff. There is no reason to wait over fourty mins for cold and soggy bugers! They were not busy at all and the sandwiches were awful. The fries were hot but that was it… they weren’t even salted! We had to microwave the sandwiches to eat them as the cheese was stiff and not even melted so you know the meat was old. No one picks up the phone probably because they don’t want to deal with complaints.

Been going here for years and have never had an issue until today. Very rude employees, can say the cook had better customer service than the actually supervisor. For me to be in customer service in a more higher corporation , the way the management handled the situation wasn’t professional at all.

me and my husband were heading into work and we needed something to eat we decided to stop at this location it was around 8pm mothers day night. not a soul was in sight. doors were locked tried peeking the windows just to make sure no one was robbed or something but that didnt seem to be the case. looked like stuff was taken down for the night we sat a few more minutes and watched just to see i someone would come and never did. we even tried drive thru 2 times before trying the front door. no signs stating they were not open or anything. whats going on burgerking? i wont be returning to this location…..

So the mobile app is pick up inside. Yet I’ve gone to their drive through before and they tell me they are only taking mobile orders. So which is it? That renovation may have improved the building but the service, quality is what you expect from an Arlington location store. Bunch of clowns.

Burger King has really gone down hill. Seems like the employees just don’t want to work. Only 2 cars in the drive thru and I’m the second car, after waiting 6 minutes, the first car still there waiting. . I just backed uo and left. Surely these owners are experiencing a revenue decline. You can only blame Covid gor so long.
