This was out first time trying out Blaze Pizza. We won’t be returning. We ordered a pesto sauced pizza with sausage and basil. No pesto in sight and hardly any toppings. This isn’t cheap pizza. If I’m paying a premium price, I expect a premium pizza. Now onto the next pizza, the amount of toppings was much better. However the pizza was burnt. We had the option of adding ranch, parmesan, and red pepper flakes to our order. I appreciated the option to add those…but they were missing from our order. All in all not a good experience. We won’t be returning.

Everyone was so nice and kind. This was my first time here. The pesto garlic cheesy bread is delicious … I got the build your own and it was delicious too… I’ll definitely try this place again ☺️☺️☺️

Staff was efficient, and the pizza came out amazing. Love all the choices you get with the Build Your Own. My vegetarian friend loves to come here with me. Highly recommend the Blood Orange lemonade.

I had my friend in town who was staying with some other friends of hers. We wanted to get a quick bite to eat after stopping by my house for a while and hanging out with my family some. We weren’t sure what we were going to eat. She has a Blaze nest her in Vegas buy never rating there and I live near the one on Broad street and hadn’t eating there. She mentioned pizza, so we agree on trying Blaze. It was decent pizza. The barbecue player on the chicken was great on the pizza. She mentioned it could have been cooked just a little longer, and I agreed, but we said it tastes good. The Caprece salads that we ordered were good but not great. She had them before but I hadn’t so she explained what she expected.

We went in for lunch today, never again will we go eat there. The place is extremely dirty and the lady (Tiana) who checked us out was beyond rude. She yelled at one of the employees for putting too many toppings on the pizza because it “messes her oven up”. Wouldn’t even say thank you, have a nice day or let alone smile. She didn’t ask if we wanted a drink when I asked for her to add it to the total she got irritated and walked off. All the employees were on their phones the entire time we were there and all the tables and floors were dirty with trash cans overflowing. I will never go back here again, definitely not worth having to deal with rude employees.

Amazing customer service!! I ordered a build your own pizza and the guy with the beard cooked it perfectly!! I was greeted by an amazing cashier who was very nice! This place is definitely better than mods and I will be coming again!

Our 1st time in pizza was good, our 7 and 10 year old enjoyed. I want to give Heavenly some praise, she was amazing!!!!! She welcomed us in, explained how it all worked and was very polite and professional. There was a rush in front of us and she ran that oven like a BOSS and with a smile on her face the whole time. You don’t always see young adults like her. Good job kid keep it up.

The modern norm for customer service prevails. Lack of enthusiasm, knowledge, attention, or any measure of professionalism is not going to happen here. The food was acceptable. The establishment is fine. The staff….clueless is kind of harsh. But not a far cry from the facts. Will we go back? To this location? Probably, because the menu offers items that are acceptable to our dietary needs. Hopefully, staff will be better trained & prepared for work.
