Terrible! We order to go around 8pm the burger was supposed to be medium well. They gave us a burger that was almost rare! I called and no one answered the phone. My salmon was dry and everything was luke warm even though we waited over an hour for our food. Beef has to be cooked to a certain temperature and we could get food poisoning from this. This is not acceptable!!!

THEY HAVE PRIME RIB!!! The food was good, really good. And our waitress was attentive quick and knowledgeable. Although we had a bit of a wait, the food and staff made it worth our time. Plus they make a nice “Old Fashion”, so why not gelive them a try.

Service is a joke. I understand wait times exist but it certainly doesn’t help when friends walk without being on the wait list and get seated before people who have been waiting an hour for a 40 minute wait. I can see why people give this place less than a decent rating for service. We ended up leaving.

Let’s talk about the experience first…. The wait was 2 hours long. Fine, we went shopping near by but wasn’t planned. The front door way is always packed and over crowded. There was a child obnoxiously loud child tossing things around and the staff did nothing.

The food was excellent. The server Nicole was very patient, helpful, and nice. The rolls was very good. The ribs were tender. The steak was cooked to perfection. It was my daughter’s first time and now Texas Roadhouse has a patron forever. Nicole gave great suggestions on bar drinks for my daughter too.
