Worst Pizza Hut EVER!!!!! I only gave it one start because I had to give it something in order for me to post a review. Ordered a pizza (I guess you order through a hot line which isn’t even in this state), they said 35 minutes, waiting an hour before calling (figured they were busy), they said they got behind and would be another 15 minutes. I was fine with that. I waited another 30 minutes before calling……I got a message saying the store was closed!!!! Went online to the store website and it said store closed for the day!!!! I called the customer service line for them to only give me a incident report number. No phone call, no pizza, no nothing!!!

I used Pizza Hut delivery and the people who delivered were very pleasant. The pizza was excellent. The crust was perfect I love thin crust and it was delicious. I had never tried Pizza Hut wings before but they were surprisingly good. Very good in fact.

The speed of the food is horrible so if you got a pick up time of 3pm don’t expect it to be ready then it’ll be at least another 20-30 minutes after your pick up time. Also if you call to know where the contactless pick up parking is the will be rude about it and say they are just starting your order. The boneless wings are way to hard to get because they over fry them and they don’t put enough sauce to even cover all the wings. The pizza can be a hit or a miss. We ordered yesterday andy kids pizza wasn’t good at all it was cut uneven and way too greasy for just a cheese pizza. I won’t recommend that pizza hut I would go to another one.

I paid for SUPER SUPREME. No pork, no beef, no mushrooms on my pizza. I try this place once a year and every time they fail. Instead of the correct ingredients, they piled on chopped tomato.

I really like this place, friendly staff, quick service, but the crust on hand tossed pizza tastes stale. Like it sat in the fridge uncovered before they baked it. I thought this might be a one time occurrence, but after 4 orders spread out over about 6 months, it’s the same every time. Still decent though

They were almost out of pan pizzas because their delivery did not come in. The guy up front went and found me a large because I was craving this. The pizza was yummy, hot, crisp pan and I really enjoyed it. Carry out or take out only. No dine in option.

Did not have a good experience Feb 1st, completed a survey that came in the email but nobody tried to reach out to address my issues. Ordered two meat lovers melts they shoved them in the same box and both ended up not being hot when we got home, the dough was overly crispy and a disappointing first experience at this store.

Saturday dinnertime. Friendly staff, ordered online for takeout. 15 mins from time of order. Arrived on time, pizza not ready, not even started. monitor said they were still making it it then had to cook, cut and box 13 minutes eta. 28 mins after order was placed, 13 mins hanging around with the crowd of other folks and wallah it was in front of me. Typically a Good store location to zip in and out. Only saw three people working inside taking orders and making pizza .
