was a loyal CUSTOMER ordered alot but no more!!…dumb clueless cashier carolina doesnt know how to take orders and fullfill them so driving far just to have their food wont be my option anymore..go to SANLUISREY on temple heights or VALERIES on emerald people..they are on top of eveything..just cause thier close to high scholl doesnt need to be the option..GARBAGE!!

Great food amazing and delicious BUT please tell your kitchen staff TO WEAR GLOVES. We can see the back of your kitchen from the dining area on the side and I saw a guy in the back scoop out cheese with his BARE HAND from a container without gloves.

Absolutely stay away from this shop… walk in and the young girl has a line about 5 people deep. Has no idea how ring people up and is asking the cook to help her. The guy in front of me got charged $15 more than the items cost. I’m next and I ask for a breakfast burrito with a side of sour cream. The item says $5.50 on menu… with my drink in charged over $12. I ask her if this is right but to late she already put my cards in their reader. She then says she has to get approval from the owner Carlos who isn’t there. He text her back and said I can have a discount on next bill. I’m sorry… what???? She then did I can’t do anything else unless he approves it. I said you admit to overage and she says yes. So I said tell him I want my money. I wait about 20 mins and he never texts get back. ONCE AGAIN STAY AWAY!!! UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE CARLOS RUNS HERE !!!

I usually come 2 or 3 times a week to this place and today I feel the need to put this bad comment since I think the owner should pay more attention to his workers I ordered two orders of golden tacos (I ASKED FOR THE TWO EXTRA GOLDEN ORDERS ), an order of fries and I told her again that the fries were extra golden, when I reminded her again she went to the cook to inform him how she wanted my order and the cook was on the phone and she told him that she did not I would repeat, and since it was MY ORDER WENT WRONG MY POTATOES ALL WATERED MY TACOS WITHOUT THE EXTRA GOLD, WHEN I RETURNED TO TELL THE CASHIER SHE APPROACHED THE COOK AND HE IGNORE WHAT HE TOLD HIM AND THEY STARTED TALKING ABOUT AN ORDER BY PHONE I LEFT THE PLACE WITH MY WATERED PAPAS AFTER HAVING BEEN IGNORED IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT ONE IS TREATED LIKE THIS NOT BEING ABLE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE OWNER OF THE PLACE. 7-12-2022/6:30pm,6:40pm
