They don’t put hardly any pepperoni on the pizza. My client had pepperoni and pineapple. The pineapple was hard n woody!!! I don’t care for their sauce either..It’s sour tasting. My client likes it but…Definitely go somewhere else!

Picked up my $55 order at 8:30 needless to say the salad was the worst I ever had. Serving old and brown rotten lettuce. Chicken that tastes old. Calling corporate tomorrow with this lovely picture of what I was served.

I stopped coming because my pizza order was messed up two times. I tried to get a hold of a manager and an employee hung up on me. A few months later placed another order and it was messed up again! All I wanted was no sausage on the it works and for some reason that was impossible to do. Now that Lorenzo’s is in town I will not be returning. I now will go there for all my pizza needs. Best of luck howie’s You lost me as a customer unfortunately.

Swartz Creek hungry Howie’s always has delicious pizza but the salad was light on the chicken and on this rare exception I walked in and then the employees were standing in the back didn’t hear the doorbell ring and I had to yell to get someone’s attention after 5 minutes. Four stars due to the light amount of chicken on a caesar salad. Normally customer service is excellent

Ordered my pizza at 630pm waited 45 minutes before going to pick it up. Waited another 30 min in line watching several people in front of me get the wrong pizza or they lost their order. Got to the counter and the guy at the register tells me he “cant find my order”. He then claims he refunded my card but it will take a day or two to show up on my statement. Meanwhile the rest of the frustrated patrons in the lobby were trying to get the manager to come to the front for damage control…she never even acknowledged multiple requests. For about 10 minutes there was no one in front helping anyone and the register drawer was open. At one point the employees were laughing and mocking the frustration of the remaining customers in the store. It was a very very poor showing. I have never had an issue with this store before but there was almost a riot in the store! Regardless at 8oclock i finally left with no pizza a questionable refund and higher blood pressure

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 8pm on a monday night, first of all while we are trying to give our credit card over the phone they hang up in us. After calling back 3 times because noone would answer finally get to someone to give the rest of the information. Then were waiting for the pizza and 30 mins later someone calls us from there and hangs up again. We try to call back for almost 15-20 mins NOONE ANSWERS the phone again! My husband finally had to drive up there at 9pm because we are starving and they say to my husband, oh this is the one I was telling you about to another girl, and shes like I took the payment it says PAID. They ask us if it got delivered and were like OBVIOUSLY NO thats why were here!!! Then someone walks out of the back and says is this for Ed, so THEY NEVER DELIVERED IT! We have ordered here for years, and over the past year this place’s service is absolutely TERRIBLE!
