Worst managed chipotle I’ve ever been to. The manager goes above and beyond to give you a horrible experience. She will absolutely go out of her way to make your life an experience never repeating at this chipotle location. Chipotle will do good to replace her with someone who actually is a proud Chipotle employee. Chipotle will also do good replacing her with a Manager who knows what’s she’s doing. The workers are amazing tho and so is the food. But when the manager actually is here the employees aren’t as friendly or upbeat. She noticeably brings the mood and atmosphere MANY levels down.

This place has really gone down hill food is dry and skimpy. Tables are not wiped down and dirty. Employees not wearing gloves or wearing gloves so long they have holes in them. I really expect better from a corporate franchise. They also alway charge me for a 4oz queso on my burrito instead of just a small scoop the manager Teresa is dishonest.

I really love this Chipotle but I wish they would bring back the guajillo steak or replace it as the new steak option. It’s so much better than almost all their meats being too spicy and the second version of their steak with garlic tasted amazing comparatively. Definitely worth paying extra for, I hope Chipotle brings it back!

Just ate here today 06/20/23 I ordered my usual food. As I waited for new chicken to come off the grill Teresa who told me she was the acting manager shoved old cold chicken on my burrito. Then when I asked queso she put a quarter scoop on my food then charged me for a side of queso at the register. When I confronted her about it she aggressively snapped at me and told me I ordered queso and that’s what you get. I asked to speak to a manager she replied that she was the manager and said she couldn’t help me because the line was getting long. This is not the first time I’ve been charged for stuff I didn’t receive from this establishment. The service is so mean and rude. I’m a very meak and quiet person but this Teresa was so rude to me that I will never be back to a chipotle again. Customer service? What’s that? They don’t care about you or anyone. Corporate needs to take a serious look into the employees they hire. Please help corporate. Please!

The place is nasty every time we go. Would not go back if my food allergy kid could eat ANYWHERE else. Slapped our burritos together. They were so messy and barely any meat. We have to wipe the seats and tables off. Workers aren’t very nice.

Charged us for extra meat even though no extra was given. When confronted, the employee, Kylie, called me a liar and was extremely rude. She kept glaring at us while eating and giving us nasty smiles, while giving attitude to her coworkers and even the other customers. 0/10 service never eating here again

Order is missing 2 items.. being a vegetarian, can taste pork in the black beans, when they say it doesn’t have it.. the sauted onion and peppers also tasted with meat…. I didn’t pay for that, asked for veggie bowl! They don’t probably clean the grill after they used it for meat, they could keep half side for veggies and other half for meat, if they had only only one grill… should not cheat customs…..or they can t clean the grill after each use… as far as beans, since they dont care, they may don’t know the ingredients or interchanged the spoons….whatever it is… not worth the money…so they really don’t have vegetarian options….

This place is good if you catch them at the right time. They don’t seem to refill their food until it’s completely out. We’ve been there 1 1/2 hours before close and they didn’t have anymore of three of their meats. Ridiculous! They also need customer service lessons- the kids that work there just want to rush you through and get rid of you. We were excited to get a Chipotle, but disappointed by the way it’s run.
