Your experience is going to depend on how busy this place is it seems. Sunday around noon was quick service. You can order gluten free if you build your own, which I think is one of the best crusts you can get quick service. Too much cheese and kinda bland toppings, but I was happy to try it again since my local franchise closed.

Your personal pizza is about 6 inches in diameter, so the equivalent of an ordinary slice and a half elsewhere, for about $12. The margherita pictures had no sauce. That’s right, no sauce. Just a few slices of roma tomatoes. Bottom of this tiny pizza had a thick coating of cornmeal. The cheese was the lowest quality mozzarella you can find and the crust was flaccid. Otherwise it was fine.

The ordering process on the tablets was easy, and I was pretty surprised at the price of a pizza. At ~$11, this is fairly affordable for a pizza at an airport. The pizza itself was great; you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. It was freshly baked, based on my order on the tablet, everything accurate. While finding a table wasn’t that hard, finding a clean one was, unfortunately. Additionally, it did take around 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready, longer than I expected. During busier times, make sure to plan ahead and allocate enough time for Uncle Maddio’s prior to boarding your flight.

Avoid at all costs. Order took over 30 minutes and it wasn’t particularly crowded. Several people had to get refunds and couldn’t get anything to eat before flight. Staff was rude too.
