Ordered a Large pizza online and went In to pick up my pizza and when I was leaving I noticed it felt a little light. Opened the box in my car and noticed that it was actually a medium. I went back in and showed the gal and she said no its is a large. I don’t like to make a scene so I walked out. I had paid extra for the large and just couldn’t accept. Went back in and a gentleman agreed with me and made me an actual large and even offered to let me keep the medium. Which I didn’t. Just wanted what I paid for. Pizza was good. Thanks to the gentleman who made it right. sorry I didn’t get his name.

Ok I truly love the coupon deals, the online deals, and the occasional free pizzas. Oh and I live close but they are always incredibly fast for delivery and preparing my order everytime. But the last 4 times I have ordered, my pizza has been over cooked. Some parts look burnt. So there ovens are up too high to cook them faster but there’s not an options when ordering for nicely light golden brown crust please.

Horrible experience. Came in to pick up Pizza after using app to say I was headed inside when notified that it was ready. I was not even greeted. 2 other people waiting we could see our food was sitting ready. Another customer comes in and they great her to ask if they can help and give her food to her and still they kept ignoring me. I was about to ask for a refund and go somewhere else when they finally asked me if I needed anything. I said yeah the food waiting on the order up bin. I am thinking Pizza Hut may be where I go next time.
