First of all I use to work here and they treated me so bad. Hence why I didn’t stay there long. Secondly they screwed up my order today. I went all the way back and was nice about it. I just asked if they could fix it for me. The employees were very rude. As far as I can tell there were only 3 employees. The one employee told me to come back to work there and I straight up said no I’m very happy at my other job. Also needs better management!

I love the food obviously, but the woman at the drive through window was absolutely rude to me for no reason, they wasn’t busy either. She opened the window as I was pulling up and yanked the card out of my hand then slammed the window, went to hand it back like i was the nastiest person she had ever seen, slammed the window again. Then when she brought the food she said “it’s heavy” as I took it and rolled her eyes so deeply I thought they would roll out and slammed the door again. I didn’t receive a since word besides its heavy and a attitude. And now that I’m home I realize the sand which I had asked for is original not spicy. If she’s gonna have that kind of attitude she doesn’t need to be in the window.

PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER KFC! THE FOOD IS TRASH!! I am absolutely DONE with KFC!!! Just went for a 2 pc meal, dark meat, crispy and a 3 pc meal, dark meat, crispy. YOU SHOULD’VE SEEN WHAT I GOT!! Each box had little bitty chicken legs (not one thigh). You take one bite and it’s gone!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!! THAT’S RIDICULOUS!! And all my food cost $30!! I am sooO disgusted!!! I also ordered 2 SPICY chicken bowls. One bowl had ONE piece of chicken in it AND THE CHICKEN wasn’t spicy!! They were also so hard, you could throw them against the wall. COME ON FAYETTEVILLE TN KFC!!!!!!

I came to KFC for dinner Friday night. 4-8-2022 The food was delicious thanks to the tall young gentleman that was in the kitchen working very hard! I didn’t see anyone else but if so good job to them as well. I will be back in hope to get this good of service and food once again!
