They put my order on the ground out side . On the rocks and bricks and drit they didn’t even knock on my door or ring the door bell and it took me to walk my dog with the door open . They won’t remake the order or give her are money back . 37 dollars for the bugs to eat …. Boycott this place before you end up sick I told her not to order from their place . But she did anyways. Now iam going to have to fight this place for my money back . Never order from this place before you end up on the crapper for two days .

Delivery driver put our order on the ground outside our hotel room – after I’d specifically declined that option (We wear masks, I am 8 months pregnant). The pizza pictures and banana pepper in the pictures should speak for the quality. This is the worst we’ve ever had2 stars for the driver at least having the decency to wear the mask, and the order was all there.

I love Papa John’s but I don’t know what’s going on with this specific store. The delivery driver was super sweet. But when my friend and I opened the pizza box we noticed that our pizza had a bunch of cheese. Mind you- we didn’t order xtra cheese on our pizza. We go to eat our respective slices only to realize they barely put sauce on our pizzas! (I ordered a regular pizza with no modifications)… I hate complaining but I decided to call the store back to explain what happened. I was put on the phone with the manager who said “ I made the pizza so it has enough sauce” and basically refused to do anything in order to fix the issue.They are lucky that I like grilled cheeses because that’s basically what I received.

Out of all the pizza places papa John’s is the best. Love the garlic sauce and pepperoncini. The pizza itself tastes wayy better than anything else as well. I’ve always placed my order and gotten my pizza here without any issues.

Took two hours to get my pizza…yes, it was cold. On top of that the driver forgot the extra sauces I PAID for. And now I have to wait for my oven to heat up ON TOP of the two hours I already waited. Worst experience ever.See photos below for timing proof.

My go to pizza chain has always been Papa John’s. We recently moved and this place has terrible reviews. I thought maybe they were unjust. I was so wrong. The 4 inch radius of my pizza had a plethora of toppings. The rest, not so much. The whole slice of onion was the kicker. No care was given.

This is the third time this location has not honored my request for square cut. I specifically say I want the pizza for my children in a square cut and they continue to either cut it in the regular cut or realize after they cut it wrong to make it worse by doing a square cut OVER a regular cut. Which is not what I THE CUSTOMER asked for. Today it was delivered to me wrong. Usually I pick it up and check it before I leave. If it is wrong i make them redo the entire pizza. I don’t understand why people can not READ an order then execute.

New stuffed crust pizza!! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY PIZZA PLACE!! Let’s start off by the person on the phone saying it would be 30-45 minutes to be delivered. 3hrs later I’m still waiting!! I call the store only to ask for the manager. He was RUDE and hot helpful at all not only that he told me that it was a Saturday and it’s not his fault and I’m not the only one ordering pizza! 3hr and 45 minutes later I get not only a COLD PIZZA but after looking at the bill I was charged 5 for a delivery fee for a cold pizza I also asked for ranch for the boneless wings that were hard from being over cooked! If you at reading this DO NOT ORDER FRIM HERE!!!! I will never order from this location again in LIFE!!!

We needed breadsticks to go with our Alfredo my hubby made for dinner. It was last minute we had an ample amount of time to get there before closing. The worker was very friendly and helpful to make us fresh garlic bread sticks. Hubby and I waited inside the car and once they were done, they brought our order to the vehicle.
