Placed a online order at 1:30pm. When I get there to pick it up I’m told that they are out of white bread. There were at least four employees working while I was there, so I’m not sure how you run out of bread. Then I was asked if I wanted to wait 30 minutes for the bread to finish. So much for freaky fast….

Always someone ready to take our order! The sandwich bread isn’t heavy and very tasty. You can even get day old bread to take home. The ingredients are fresh and we easily substitute a pickle for chips. The pickles are huge! They have sweet and unsweetened tea fresh brewed as well as soda.

I wouldn’t even give them the one star. I will never order from them again. They screw up the order every time I ordered and this time they were late and when I called and asked why it was taking over a half hour to get 5 min. Down the road she said that they only have one driver and is delivering a few orders at once. Now that would be fine but they don’t put the food in a cooler bag and this is Florida. Hello 90+ degrees. Then she when and told me the food is good for 4 hours out side of a cooler. REALLY. meat is not good that long outside. I am so done with you.

Ordered my first sandwich today. That was over an hour ago…and still no sandwich. Apparently I gravely misunderstood what “Freaky Fast,” means. Won’t order here again. Just called them and they said it was going to be at least another half hour. These store sucks beyond measure.

I used to go here all the time when I lived in plant city. We recently moved back and went there 4/15 for the first time since being back & it was horrible. The young man at the counter was not pleasant or helpful by any means. Nothing I asked for was done. I was very disappointed.
