Generally, Panda Express is a quick and easy stop. Today, not a great experience. Even with 6 people working the line they were very slow. There were 8 orders waiting to pay. Some orders were complete and some were still being worked. What was amazing, complete orders had to wait. More time, food got cold. Mostly disappointed they didn’t have a better process and more customer awareness. They had plenty of staff. The staff was working hard. Manager should have helped sort this out. Expect this Panda to be slow.

The people who work here are a bit passive agressive. I’m sorry that you’re unhappy, but don’t be giving out empty fortune cookie wrappers just to be petty because it was inconvenient that I placed a pickup order during your dinner rush. Like I get it, I’m an (untipped) service worker too, but that’s not cool.

I was coming from Reno for a work training, and this panda location was closest to my hotel. It was kind of busy when I stopped by, but the staff was so friendly with customers(immediately greeting me and other entering customers), and with each other you could tell they are a team. The food was also tasty and affordable at 2.50 for a medium drink and 8.20 for a plate plus tax at about .94, definitely recommend a visit here.

Always super busy, so a long line, staff are hit or miss, sometimes they are ok, sometimes they are rude (because they are understaffed and stressed out?). They stop making new food about an hour or more before they close, so the selection of food is pretty terrible from
