The tacos had very little in them, the quesadilla had 3 pieces of chicken very flat little cheese, burritos were the right size. I paid more for the amount i got. The crunch wrap was also small. Very little filling in any of the food.

I usually make an online order to be picked up in store. Every time I go inside to pick it up I get mean mugged by the employee with dirty blonde hair and the line cooks. The past four times I’ve ordered a side of potatoes and they are burnt to being unedible. I am tired of my order not being up to standards so I went inside to ask for fresh potatoes and I get mean mugged by the employees who made my food terrible in the first place: their mistake and they can’t own up to it without making the customer feel down about themselves. Horrible service. I don’t know what the deal is but it feels like just because there are machines that can take your order in the lobby doesn’t mean the employees should completely ignore and make customers feel not welcome. I came in and stood at the counter (there was no line) because I had a question before ordering and you can clearly see me but can’t come up to ask if I need anything? I left with nothing and wasted my time. If you treat your customers like this before you even interact with them I wonder what kind of care you take when making my food. Just a bad atmosphere honestly and I get it’s fast food but anywhere you work I believe you should always at least TRY to make the customer feel like they’re not invisible.

I am not exaggerating when I say, not ONCE has this establishment gotten my order correctly. They have screwed up my very simple order in a few different ways each and EVERY time. The only reason I kept going is because I lived across the street and it was convenient, and I’d think to myself “They won’t mess it up this time” and what do you know! They screwed it up. I have had to go back and get my order fixed so many times I can’t even count. I actually moved to AZ, and have the pleasure of never going to that Taco Bell again, I just had to leave this review because of how much I detest the service at that location. It ruined so many nights. I truly believe the Mexican man who cooked the food had a vendetta against me because I’d take stuff off the beef quesadilla to just make it beef and cheese…. extremely simple and always ended up with extra stuff on it.

I don’t quite know what annoyed me more the staff taking smoke breaks (marijuana) while taking orders or the fact they gave so little portions for each food item given. I had thought they have improved when they got rid of the old staff and renovated the place but I guess I was wrong. Man and I had such high hopes since the morning crew is always so nice.

I hadn’t eaten there for years but decided to try it again, I swear the soft burritos are way smaller than they used to be and so were the big burrito meals. Also I got 6 items and asked for extra mild sauce, Once I got home they only gave me 3. Ya I was mad as Hell, it was only 5 minutes away so I drove back. I skipped the drive thru which probably had 10 cars inline and went inside, they had 4 huge containers with sauce packs overflowing. I grabbed 6 and went home to enjoy my dinner and that’s when I noticed the size of everything was much smaller, but in the end I did enjoy the food. So Thumbs up, just check your bag before you leave the place. Has anyone else noticed changes in the size of servings?

Worst taco bell I’ve been to. It’s down the street from my house so I go to it thinking it will be different next time I go. No joke it’s been 5 times straight they give me chicken chalupas instead of beef. This time I made sure to check at least the sides to see if it has beef. I did get beef but look at this, no beef in the middle just the corners!! just my luck, I swear they are so bad here just go somewhere else.
