This place is awesome! The staff is always friendly when I come here with my family & friends. I try to visit at minimum 1x a week for there delicious salad bar & menu items. My little man loves the mac & cheese. If you are hungry & have not tried this place give them a chance. ++

Stopped by today to get a buger but they were out of buns so I had to settle for chicken. Would have been nice if they had told me about it before they brought out my wifes food. Girl manager handled it like a champ and comped some of the bill. Kudos to the staff, boos to the chefs.

I wish I could provide a review without even selecting one star for the ability to write this post. I also wish I could erase the memory of having someone else’s very long, dark hair in my burger…neither will happen but at least I can help someone contemplating dining at this establishment. I wanted to grab a quick burger and drinks and was met with the WORST dining experience of my life complete with lack of attention from the waitress, a drink served at the bar in a broken glass, food that was ordered and not served, burgers and fries that were served cold, and yes, food that was served with someone else’s hair. These were only the reasons for my not returning to another Ruby Tuesdays in the future, but there was more that went with this experience.

Ordered chicken entree, didn’t get it for almost an hour. we eat fast and we were there over 90 minutes in all. I also don’t like how bright it is in the dining area, but that is personal preference..most restaurants I go to light the tables up, not the people.

Unfriendly to gluten free. They said the GF menu is no longer handed out and only online, that they don’t have wifi, and they don’t provide a barcode to scan to go right to the menu. You have to search for it yourself. Seems like a decision by management to make me find my own menu. Not going back.

The waiter was so rude. He actually told me that his “regular customers” we’re more deserving of his attention. What?? My money was not as good as theirs? I’ve posted online to multiple websites and social media sites about this fiasco.
