The food was delicious however as long as I’ve been going there I always opt out the fries and pay an upcharge for whatever I substitute them with. Today I ordered 2 asked for my free drink and was told they only come with the combo 14.99 twice shimp and cheese sticks NO BREAD make it make sense. I guess since the bar is closed they are scripting smh and needless to say I won’t be back!!! I do not pay and play

I ordered eight buffalo wings and two fish sandwiches without tomatoes. When I got there he charged me for six wings and I asked for 8. he wanted to argue with me about that until I told him that he quoted me a price that was $2 different from what he quoted me (the difference between the two wings. I went home two wings shy…took the food home, and open up the fish sandwiches, and there were tomatoes on my sandwich, and the fries were cold… And lemon pepper wings. I took the food back. The guy was trying to tell me he would not give me my money back… He even took the food to the back and said he would not return my money. Thankfully there was a voice of reason back there.. another young guy saying just give her her money back several times…eventually, I got my money back.. it was a horrible experience… they messed up on my order… they didn’t want to give me my money back..very, very Nasty experience. The taste of Chicago left a nasty taste in my mouth.

This place is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I sent someone to pick up some food for me, and the guy (at the register/cook) messed up the order and tried to blame the person picking it up. He stated “it’s not my fault you gave your order away” when actually it WAS because YOU bagged the order. Very very rude and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be reporting this place. I’m glad the person I sent remained respectful and kept his composure even after dealing with such POOR BEHAVIOR. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Don’t door dash from this restaurant, they don’t care bout the food they send you. Over fried old fish. Uncooked Mac n cheese or cold and old and burned French fries. Never again!

Gave me the wrong order, service can be better.. they didn’t know what was going on. They aren’t the CLEANEST .. buddy was scratching his hair and sneezing without washing his hands or using gloves. The food is good but for the hassle, sometimes it’s not worth it. They messed up my order 3 times in one single visit.

Food is fresh and vary tasty, open till 2 on the weekend can’t beat it, try anything on the menu and I bet you will love it. I’m only angry at myself when I don’t get more wings because it turns out i can always eat 2 more wings then the prior time lol. Philly steaks are the bomb no lie and so are the gyros sauce slaps you where you need it. Just give it a try

If your looking for fast food restaurant where your fries and chicken wings don’t taste like fish. Come to Z taste of Chicago. Excellent food great customer service. Gives M & M a run for their money. Also try the Philadelphia cheese steak sandwich loaded with lots of meat cooked to perfection.
