Very bad service and customer service. If i could give zero stars i would. Ordered a little over 2 weeks ago, not only was my order nearly 45 minutes late but when it came the boxes where nasty and had oil everywhere that soaked through to the food. It was too late for the driver to take it back to the store and replace my items because it was almost 9 pm when he arrived at my house. He said he’d call his manager to see what they could do. I was then told they took my name and number down so that I would be able to call at a later date to get my pizza replaced then.

Steven S : possibly the best most professional establishment ever. Always courteous and polite even when outrageously busy. Never had a messed up order or one that wasn’t corrected. Remade an order for my kids even though it was a terrible drivers fault, we all really appreciated that btw. Who ever owns this establishment has an amazing group of workers and should be proud of their employees.

The Chicken Papadia came with bacon on it??? It’s not listed as an ingredient and I don’t eat pork so the whole thing was ruined with clusters of pork. However the garlic knots were very good, a dry rub toasted texture. The delivery time was fast and food came hot with the right condiments.

I would not recommend this location for your pizza needs . Ordered 2 pizzas and a pop and was told the wait time is 35-45 mins (delivery location is roughly 35 mins away). After an hour after not having our pizza delivered, we called the location to check on our order. We expressed that it had been an hour and we have yet to have our order. The guy who answered the phone sarcastically says “Well, we have up until 45mins to have your order delivered. It should be there any minute.” After another 20 mins !! Our pizzas arrive lukewarm at best , the cheese on our philly cheese steak pizza had congealed and grease puddles were forming and both pizzas were dry. Very disappointed in our service experience

back in 2017 I was in Ft Leonard Wood for BOLC. 3 years later after a tour in Germany, I’m back here again for CCC. Both times, Papa John’s has not disappointed me. On-time delivery to the base, and great pizza. I had plenty of authentic italian-style pizza in Germany, but sometimes you just miss American-style pizza, you know? And the Papa John’s delivers it in spades; ordered The Works with extra sauce and cheese and was not disappointed. Happy new years, and may all your pizzas be as good as the one I was delivered.

Disorganized and slow. They mixed up my order with someone else’s and when I returned the incorrect pizza the manager attempted to look in my car for the other pizzas? Why he would try to look inside someone else’s vehicle without consent is beyond me but very creepy to say the least
