I completed an online order. medium pizza extra cheese and sauce. After I got home. I notice my pizza did not have sauce or extra cheese. Spoke to Brittany and Emily at this Westerville location. They stated “we we guarantee that we put sauce and extra cheese on your pizza. we haven’t made a no sauce pizza all day. But if you want you can call our office if you are not happy”…. horrible customer service.

This place is awesome. The food is always on time and tasty. The delivery driver forgot my 2 liter, I didn’t say anything cause wasn’t a huge deal but the driver took it upon himself to go back and drop it back off. Very very professional and excellent customer service.

Placed and online order at 6:40 said that it would be delivered at 7:45 to 7:50. I called at 8 pm because food hadn’t been delivered the girl on the phone was very rude. Did not tell me what stage my food was at. Would not give me an estimate on when we would potentially get our food. It wasn’t delivered till 9:30 it was cold and disgusting. Would not recommend this location. This is not the first time we have had problems with them.

Was literally on hold for over 40 minutes and was never able to speak with anyone on 7/23/23… Ordered for delivery at 7:15pm….it’s now 9:30pm and no delivery in sight. Will never order from this location again. UPDATE: the store never answered the phone the night of 7/23. Driver showed up at 10:23pm belligerent and shouting at me when I asked that he called his supervisor to confirm why he showed 3hours post placing the order. The diver’s eyes were blood shot red and I was afraid he would hit me. He refused to call the store to sort out the matter. When I insisted he started screaming louder and told me he has instead cancelled my order. I have never been port of such a scary ordeal.

Ordered a pizza online had the nastiest taste I’ve ever tasted just to tell me their products aren’t expired as if I said it was I simply said I’ve had dominos from other places and this by far was the WORST ever they didn’t even provide good customer service . THEN followed up and said this is the first time you ordered from us so maybe you just don’t like our food well DUH I don’t and no it’s not the first time I’ve order there and I will not return. THEY ALL LOOK DIRTY so I’m not surprised !
