Most expensive junk lunch that I’ve ever paid in my life, I know that it’s impossible to get the pic, but the lunch was I totally meme, completely fooled, not fresh rice and the steak, look the texture of the steak. More expensive than the Granja Restaurant!!, 100 times for sure the Granja better the better one, it’s ridiculous this 100 nothing.

I really love the food and concept of this place. If I were rating only the food, I’d give it 5 stars! Nonetheless, I always have a bad experience with the staff at the London Square branch. Most of them are young kids who have no desire or concept of treating customers. I went once on a Saturday night 45 minutes before closing with a party of 5. The young lady at the counter advised us to hurry with our orders because they were closing in 45 minutes! That was just ridiculous, the food there takes 10 minutes to prepare for goodness sakes! Needless to say, we left! On another occasion, we ordered some sandwiches which come with complimentary chips. They gave us 4 chips! I told my husband to go and ask if he could buy some additional ones and the man at the counter refused to sell us any additional ones but refused to give us more “complimentary” ones as well. The staff here never j is anything about the menu and are usually completely lost. I am aware this is not a 5 star restaurant but there are things that should be basic customer service!
