We had lunch here today (Tuesday) at 12:30pm. I believe we were the only customers in the building when we arrived. We started with the Frozen Strawberry Margarita and a Moscow Mule. The drinks were very tasty, except the 2nd round of drinks. As pictured in the review, they served the 2nd Moscow Mule in a rusty / tarnished cup. It smelled of rusty copper and had a metallic taste. For an appetizer we had the Guacamole with chips. It was definitely lacking seasoning and flavor. For entrees we ordered the Maine Lobster Roll, Snapper Tacos, Coleslaw and Sea Salt Fries. They were out of the brioche bun, so they put the Lobster Roll on a burger bun. The Lobster Roll was also lacking flavor and the Snapper Tacos were just sitting in grease. Today was our 4th time trying “The Yacht Club” and the 4th time we left disappointed. The restaurant is beautiful and has potential, but seems they need a new chef and management team. I unfortunately can’t recommend “The Yacht Club” as this is not the first, second or third time we have gave them another chance.

So disappointed. Worst night out ever! My first Father’s Day dinner was ruin!! Upon arrival my family and I were greeted with, “we are currently out of French fries, lobster, Cesar salad and steak”. We decided to stay because we saw other things on the menu we could order. Boy were we wrong. After placing a order for crab cakes, they came back and said they ran out. We then ordered mussels and calamari, which the waitress came back and told us they ran out of those too. We decided to order a burger since the seafood restaurant we went to apparently ran out of seafood. After ordering the burger our waitress came back and said “ I’m so sorry to have to tell you this, but we are currently out of burger buns” she then went on to say “it’s been like this the whole day”. By the the way, the burger was is a frozen burger they pop on the grill. The sweet potato fries they served with the burgers. I got the old batch and my girl had fresh sweet potato fries. Who is managing this restaurant? Not once did a manager come over to any of the tables and said anything to anyone. After awhile i started to notice the frustration in other customers faces. Nightmare of an experience. Don’t waste your time. I don’t want your future Father’s Day or Mother’s Day ruin. Or any date night for that matter.

Took our daughter and her friends out for her birthday. Was apprehensive as recent Yelp reviews were not good. Called before and spoke with Katherine, she encouraged me to keep our reservation as the business owner had made some changes and she promised she’d take care of us. Our experience was great, food was good and prices fair. Our server John was very nice and attentive. Would go back if we lived closer.

We had a great dining experience at The Yacht Club. The Manager and all the Staff are very accommodating, friendly and so helpful with our group. We had so much relaxing fun. I will recommend this place and I will definitely bring my family and friends here. Beautiful and breathtaking views of Manhattan Skyline and George Washington Bridge. The food and drinks are great. Thank you for the great service and ambiance to our big group.

Food is mediocre. Only time this place is worth visiting is the 1st Friday of month when Mr Davis Production has amazing music and ambiance from 8pm til 2. View is espectacular, the staff works hard but they are often understaffed and it can take a while to get your order.

I never, ever, post a review, good or bad. But something needs to be said about this experience. I purposely looked for a venue with outside seating for 16 people. I turned down better restaurants because they couldn’t accommodate us. The female manager that I made the reservation with told me they could accommodate me and I was very happy. Upon arrival, I was told by the male manager that the information I received was incorrect. Our party was set up inside. Very disappointing. But not to make a scene or start the day off on a bad note, we sat down inside. The service was horrible. The wait staff didnt know the menu, never checked on us to see if we needed anything, i.e. more drinks, etc. We had to walk to the bar and pay out of pocket to get a drink faster. We asked for a basket of bread and were told that they couldn’t find any in the kitchen. The appetizers were either forgotten or served with the entree. The food was inedible. The waffles were soggy and cold. Two people ordered the red snapper and both were sent back. The fried calamari was rubber. A total disappointment. The manager knew I was unhappy and offered to not charge us the $3.00/pp cake cutting charge. Big Deal. Save your money people. Terrible experience.

The girls and I decided to meet up and get dinner. The reservations were for 7pm. When I arrived I found parking right in front of the restaurant. You have to make sure you go around the gates because they had some areas blocked. First let me talk about the views. They were amazing of the water and New York. The restaurant was very cute. We sat on the outdoor patio near the bar. We were served by Blaire and he was great and very attentive.

We were attended to about 15 minutes after being seated only to be notified that the kitchen was backed up. Our party of 5 went on Mother’s Day (fixed menu at $75 per person + 20% gratuity included) and the yes the service was slow. They finally poured us water 45 minutes after we were seated along with our cold appetizers. No bread, we had to ask for that as well. Another hour later our main course arrived. People who arrived after us were already halfway into their main courses. Our waiter checked in on us once when we had our meals and again to give us the check. Terrible service, overpriced, never coming here again. Avoid at all costs. It is not worth the mediocre food and slow service.
