Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza and there are so few left. We traveled 25 min for carry out and I’m so happy with the experience. It was clean with tables and chairs for waiting, cashier greeted us immediately to let us know she’d be right there. She was very personable, and I did not have to wait long on hold to place my order. We are excited to come back again soon.

Ordered several times from this Pizza hut without issues. This time ordered the new New Yorker pepperoni pizza. It was absolutely inedible. Pizza was raw and soggy from about 1.5 in from the crudt towards the whole center. Call over to store to address the issue was hung up on 2x by male employee .

Do not recommend. I ordered a delivery and about 15 min past the delivery time with no update, I called the store. When they answered, I explained that I was expecting a delivery and asked if there was an update on the order. They then hung up on me. I called the store back and waited on hold for 10 minutes and never had anyone answer. I eventually just called the national customer service line for a refund. Disappointing and waste of time.

The pizza was undercooked, and cold. The cheese was not melted. The breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were cooked perfectly. I would not advise anyone to order pizza from here. I tried to call over 5 times to speak to the manager and the call center kept picking up and transferring me to the manager whom never picked up the phone. Such a waste of money.
