The MOST refreshing and satisfying meal during a sweltering afternoon in the seattle heat. I was so glad to see this truck at the Ballard Seafood Fest.

Definitely worth a stop! We came here from the light rail before a walk around UW, and it was perfect. The service was fast, our food was ready in just a couple minutes, and the coffee was delicious. Great fry bread with tons of options for toppings, friendly staff, and overall a fantastic cafe experience. I have been looking forward to visiting here since it opened, and I loved it.

Very pleasantly surprised at the tastiness of the food considering its attached to a museum. Tried three different tacos as well as the sweet fry bread. All three tacos were delish (breakfast, pulled pork and bison). The fry bread was light, slightly crispy on the outside and a perfect transportation device for the well seasoned meats. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. Also you don’t have to pay museum entrance to have access as they are positioned before the formal museum entrance.

Great Indian Tacos place in Udistrict/UW. Hidden inside the Burke muesem and just a 2-min walk from PACCAR Hall. The tacos are expensive for the quantity but they are filling and the bread is freshly made and hot as one would presume.

First time I’ve ever had Indian tacos. Specifically the braised bison meat taco this time. Also had their sweet frybread with cinnamon topping. And a cold brew coffee, but this didn’t seem to have any particular feature from Native cuisine.

Loved the Indian take on Tacos, the taco is almost similar to the Indian poori. The sweet version of the bread is similar to the elephant ears. The chilli was nice too. It was filling for me but not sure if it would be the same for everyone.

The fry bread is delicious and fresh ! I really enjoyed the fry bread tacos and dessert fry bread. This location was really nice! I loved how they had literally the side of the building tilted open to let in fresh air. Very unique! Parking wasn’t that great but for the area it was expected.

The fry bread was sublime . I don’t usually eat bread or fried food because don’t like how it makes me feel, but this fry bread was on a whole nother level and by passed all bread, gluten, grease concerns. The texture and flavor? Straight to heaven. The house tea was good but it’s all about the fry bread here. This is a museum cafe that opens onto campus at the U.W. Fresh and hot on a cool Seattle day and nice people at the counter

I had heard people speak highly of this place, but I was still surprised at just how damn good it is… So far I’ve only had the pleasure of trying 2 kinds of Indian tacos – pulled pork and bison – and they’re both absolutely delicious. Easily the best new food experience in my recent memory. The frybread is soft but sturdy enough to hold the heaping pile of tender, flavorful meat and tasty slaw. I really liked the salsa drizzled on top (mango-habanero maybe?) Great combination of flavors all around.
