I’ve gone through this location 3 times this week, each time they messed something different up. First time it took forever to get to order box (only 2 cars ahead of me) and when I got up to pay, they accidentally charged the car ahead of me for my order. Second time they did the same thing! Third they forgot one of our items and when we went back through to get it, they never answered the box, I just had to pull up to the Window. It appears that the current employees (for the list part) don’t care to be there and I have to assume there is a management failure to be having this many issues.

They updated their play area during the pandemic and currently it’s absolutely disgusting. They do not clean this room in general, you can visibly see the dirt and grime, this is for kids just because kids aren’t going to say something about crumbs In the play place or ketchup on the floor looks like they haven’t mopped in a week, I mean spraying some Lysol would even do this place justice.

Today service was not friendly. Order taker in back quick to take the order and then say what else. How about can I get you anything else. Second window the kid didn’t speak at all and was quick to push the food out the front window. This is not the first time that the service was unfriendly in the mornings. I wish I could give this review 0 stars! Customer service was horrible! I pulled up to the drive thru and waited 5+ minutes for the car in front of me to complete their order, when I drove up to place my order the girl taking the order asked me to wait, I politely agreed. I waited 8 minutes and no one ever came back to take my order. Meanwhile 2 other customers use the second drive thru and pull ahead. I finally said ‘hello’ so they knew I was still waiting, the same girl came back to the window and very rudely said “I’m doing something in the front’ she never apologized and still did not take my order. I asked to talk to a manager after that incident…I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside where I waited AGAIN for the manager. When I told the manager about my drive thru experience all he said was “ok.” I asked for the name of the person who was working the drive thru so I could write an email to corporate and he refused. However he did tell me his name. The managers name is Marcus. Marcus was not dressed like a manager, shirt untucked, dirty clothes, and no one was wearing name tags or uniforms. Never once did Marcus try to make things right, in fact when I walked away he stated “thanks for letting me handle things on my own.” Marcus did not handle anything! If anything he made the situation worse. Managers are supposed to be presentable, and be willing to correct issues. None of that happened! So I wasted 20+ minutes of my family time and never once did anyone offer to take my order! I will not be going back to that location!!! So do yourself a favor and go to other location if you have an option.
