All I can say is wow! The first impression was not too good. Notice it was not very clean as soon as we walked in. It was later in the day around 6. So we gave them the benifit of the doubt and just thought maybe it had just been real busy that day. We ordered 2 cheesteaks with tots and we also orderd a cheeseburger with tots and as you see in the pic the tots with each meal were so over cooked they were not edible at all. They were so bad that it had to be impossible for someone not to know they were way over cooked but they brought them to the table anyways and that is what really bothered me the most and tells you alot about this place. Would suggest not taking a gamble on this place as we did and try your luck else where

How you imagine an all American burger place to be. Kringle cut fries were crispy, the burger was full of flavor. The dining room could use to be refreshed. Lots of noticeable wear and tear like any well loved place. Staff was very attentive and polite. Looking forward to trying a milkshake next time. Great for a quick bite and families with children.

Lol well I ordered the hamburger steak and tator tots …..and I got ….umm it looks like someone else’s plate …as it looks as though someone had cut up the steak to start eating it and they put a tiny cup of gravey in there …but decided it didn’t need a lid so it dumped out all in to someone’s coleslaw…..and I guess they decideded to eat the tots cuz they were no where to be found.. needless to say…I didn’t even think about eating someone else’s food…and next time I think ill go else where with my money……Enjoy!

I am very impressed, myself and my son ate here today and the food was very good and looked even better than what was on the menu. The service was wonderful and the crew was very friendly. It was so good I wanted to tell the team thank you, so thank you to my server Christina and the cooks Johnathan and Sarah , awesome job. I hope this place keeps you around.

The last 3 times I have ordered there it has been terrible. The slaw is not as good as it used to be.. My bread was a hotdog bun. Fries are either over done or not done. The food comes in a small tray and not the black plastic ones. They replaced a shrimp platter for me. When I got there to get my food the manager looked at the platter and said that’s not going out. So I waited another 15 or so minutes for another platter that wasn’t any good either. Not to mention the place was nasty. Unless I see the reviews get better I won’t be back.

What I got for $10 was pathetic. Although the grilled tenders were good, server didn’t bring a knife for them. Apparently she was too busy socializing and texting. The coleslaw was more soup than slaw, and the miniscule amount of fries was laughable. I’m not sure I’ll be back, very disappointed in meal and service… Or lack thereof of both.

Good food but not good for you. Obviously understaffed and overwhelmed by Sunday afternoon. Some food was ready in 20 minutes some of our party had to wait 45 minutes or more to get their food. The tots looked burnt and were dripping grease and somehow still dry. The server was friendly and apologetic, but there were some issues.

Absolutely horrible. I have eaten at the Lenoir location and it was incredible but this place is an utter health risk. Do not eat here. The food gave one of my kids and I food poisoning and was sick for about a day after that. The staff was nice, but that was the only good thing I can say. Just go to Lenoir if you have a craving for Hwy 55.

For a burger joint I have to say my BLT and my husbands burger was tasty. The fries, rings and tots were room temp. But I would of not sat at the counter if it was the only place to sit. Cleaning rags were piled up in 2 places. Too much other stuff all over. Our waitress was very friendly but a couple of the girls were hollering across the restaurant at each other making the customers meals less pleasant.
