If you are ever in the area make sure to come out of ur way for this place. A tiny unassuming restaurant that has completely blown me away. The owner was extremely nice and was kind enough to give me details of the place though he was clearly busy. I had the lobster roll. It was light, buttery and all the ingredients went together perfectly.

3.5 stars here. while on a road trip through the area to do some genealogy for my wife’s family we arrived in Parsons WV and came upon Paula’s. so we chose to have our lunch there. unique, funky decor and very sweet folks running the place. Paula gave us all the details we needed on the menu and the area.

Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Awesome place to grab a bite to eat, if you are in the Parsons area. Had the grilled, buffalo chicken sandwich. Also recommend the Tuck Shermich panini.

Service was a little weird. Ordered a grilled cheese with fries and the special. No fries. Asked for cream for my coffee and she said-I think I have some creamer-and handed me a bottle of flavored creamer. The special was a ham and cheese with onion rings. Sandwich had a couple of thin slices of ham and a small piece of cheese with 3 small onion rings. Big bun with little in it. Grilled cheese was good!

We had Piccolo Paula’s recommended to us by a local while we were passing through Parsons. Going in, we had no idea what the menu even had on it. Our experience was both peaceful and delicious. The atmosphere was country and welcoming, and the food was all VERY well prepared. I would say their “bakers” are ESPECIALLY worth the try!! My 3 year old was served a very savory pizza that she will get to enjoy again since there was plenty to take home, and my Steak and Cheese was both mouth watering and filling. Very nice little “hole in the wall” restaurant that you could easily miss if you don’t know it is there.

My husband and I were visiting the area and decided to stop in for lunch. Not only was the staff super helpful and friendly, but our pizza was amazing! Got the pizza with steak and Alfredo sauce and we loved it. Wish we were going to be around longer so we could find here again!
