My family loves Pioneer BBQ! Whenever I have a large gathering at my house I always use them for my events! The Brisket is always tender and full of flavor! And the house made Mac and cheese is a must try! Mouthwatering Baked beans I always can count on Pioneer to please even the pickiest of eaters in my house!

My husband and I have been there twice now, and both times the food and service have been excellent! The brisket just melts in your mouth, and when they have their banana pudding, it’s an absolute MUST! The food certainly fills our stomachs (great portions), but the service fills our hearts. Renee has been our server both times, and she needs a raise. She is so kind, attentive, and downright wonderful. I truly hope Pioneer knows what an amazing person they have representing their restaurant!!!

Go somewhere else for brisket, it is not good. Almost zero smoke ring, tough and dry. Good brisket is hard to pull off and these guys miss the mark hard.

Service was definitely 5 stars. Servers and waitresses were really friendly & attentive. Never had to wait for anything, they kept checking in, clearing plates, refilling water, and kept pleasant conversations with us with the right amount of humor. Food was 4 stars all around. No complaints. Banana pudding was delicious. The brisket chili was good too. On this cloudy day, it hit the spot. The cherry dessert tasted like cheesecake. Would come back to try other things. The ambiance and free foosball tables was fun. The price for restaurant week was worth it. They close at 8pm on Sunday which seems kinda early, so be sure to get there earlier as one family got turned away for arriving too late.

We ordered take out, 2 combo meats. Ribs were super good, smoky and juicy, my husband loved the brisket and the hot sausage, mac and chese super cheesy. I moved from the south and the collard greens were tasty. Totally recommend it.

This place is family friendly. They have a bar area and a comfy booth area. I have been here twice. The first time the service was okay. They forgot about us a lot. This time the service was incredible! Our waitress Renee was very friendly and she always knew just the right time to come check in to see if we needed anything. The place was moderately busy and the food came out crazy fast. Everything was delicious and hot. I did noticed that both times I went the ladies seating everyone were complaining about other people. You could see it in their face they weren’t happy to be there. We almost left the first time because we thought the waiters were going to be the same but luckily they weren’t.

Wow, this was actually amazing and I’m a tough critic! We got the Party of 4 meal with coleslaw, mac and cheese & fries for sides. It was a bit pricey, but very worth the cost. Brisket was prime, pulled pork was great and even the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Mac and cheese was really good especially with the bread crumb topper, and the cole slaw even deserves a shout out. Only item that wasn’t superb was the fries, but as a to-go order it’s almost to be expected that they wouldn’t be perfectly crispy. Upon pickup the bartender had my order right away, was very casual and friendly, and loaded us up with extra sauce without nickel and dime’ing per container like most places. All around great dinner for my moms birthday, thank you!
