Went today for my first meal after hospital tests. Nothing to eat for 14 hours. Very disappointed! Was planning to purchase 2 fish sandwiches but was told they no longer carry them!! This has happened several times in the past, then suddenly they are serving them again!!!! Get your act together Arby’s!! Purchased a chicken salad sandwich couple weeks ago. Got hom, opened to eat, it was inedible. Too much mayonnaise, spilling from sandwich & spread on outside of bread (which was stale-too tough to chew). Just a mess. Live too far to take back. Cannot believe I paid THAT MUCH for that sandwich.

The curly fries were more like hard cold potatoes chips. The slider was really cold. The service was fast and friendly. I would not recommend going in late at night. My visit was around 9:15pm and I would have to guess by that time they just do not really care

Took almost 20min for our food. One person running the insiders and everyone else focused on the drive thru. Then when we got our food for dine in it was still bagged up like it was to go and the cashier didn’t know what he was doing and just kept throwing sauces in our bags

While not completely ‘free-standing’, it is in it’s own half of an adjoining building that also houses a Little General convenient store. Arby’s’ #6 Reg. Chicken Sandwich Combo is to die for. The tall thin gentleman taking my order wuz a consummate professional! -Very conscientious, too. I believe he might have had reddish hair.
