We have frequented this location quite a bit over the years. We eat vegan so this chain is a good option for our needs. Recently they stopped putting the impossible burger on the board, and I fully understand that it would be wiser to cook it to order for the sake of reducing waste. However, the past few times we’ve been in we’ve been told “it’ll be 10 minutes,” which we’ve agreed is fine. The problem with this is the staff attitude in their curtness in responding to our request and then not actually cooking it to order and only microwaving what was already prepared at some earlier time. Eating out is becoming a luxury for the average person, and as one who is even more selective about where I can eat, I can guarantee that I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

Service was awesome! Food was even better! Their smoked brisket is better than some that I’ve had at BBQ restaurants. Everything was super fresh and clean. The tortilla soup was probably the best I’ve ever had, it is a bit spicy but for me it was just the right amount of heat. I love that they serve the impossible meat, it’s a favorite of mine. My husband is a devoted customer of a similar very popular restaurant and he actually loved this one.

I’m not impressed. The reviews were way too generous. The staff couldn’t explain the product and were not interested in helping me understand how an entree is put together. The lobby is messy and uninviting. I used a coupon that the shabby dressed, unfriendly supervisor couldn’t figure out how to ring up. The brisket bowl was just ok. Much better options out there.

Food was moderate. Not super hot. Staff was barely friendly. Restaurant was filthy!! Spilled pop on the floor in 2 places. Bees all over tables outside that were ALL sticky. Pop machine was covered in sticky handprints. More than a days worth of dirty.
