Amazing! The catfish is delicious! All you can eat is $18.99 & you might be able to eat 1 more… if you’re lucky! They start you off with 4 huge pieces, fries & homemade slaw! It’s all damn good! Our waitress was great & everyone was really nice! Go visit Flat Creek & build one near KC!

After a terrible dining experience yesterday at another restaurant it was pure joy to have such an amazing experience here. Jillian was our server and she was phenomenal- the food was to die for (and with 4 of us all getting something different plus two apps I feel like we got a strong variety). The portion sizes are HUGE- you will not leave hungry!! The restaurant was clean, organized, and such a fun atmosphere!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Stopped here on a whim after seeing a billboard for it on my way back to Springfield. I had their fried pickles with homemade ranch as an appetizer, the Half Slab with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob, and a slice of carrot cake for dessert. All the food was delicious. Sidney was my waitress and her service was outstanding, always keeping my drink full and making multiple trips to bring to-go boxes for my leftover pickles and cake when I realized I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting. The atmosphere was also great; lots of old road signs and license plates on the walls and bicycles chained to the ceiling.

If you’re looking for cheap food with low standards, this is not the place for you. However, if you’re looking for high grade fresh food and professional service, you’ve come to the right place! Just bring your appetite because these portions are built for hungry truckers and breastfeeding moms. You will not leave here hungry I can promise you that.

This is a great place to eat, great food. Great place to bring the family. Love the catfish and hushpuppies. Several people were celebrating birthdays and everyone gets involved with tambourine and cowbell. Had the fried pie for dessert, it came with ice cream. Very good. Plenty of waiting area.

Went in for an early dinner. No wait. We went right to the table. I had a 3 piece white meat fried chicken. Meal came with a roll and honey butter, homestyle green beans, and mashed potatoes with a choice of white or brown gravy. All very tasty. Attentive serving staff. Food came a lot quicker than I would have expected. They have a large menu. Looking forward to going back and trying something else.

Consistently great food, prepared to perfection. Fried catfish, chicken fried chicken and steak, real mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans. The bread rolls are light and sweet, reminiscent of fresh donuts, without the glaze. Huge plates, 14-inch diameter, and full of food. Delightful atmosphere and the staff are happy and personable. 10 stars!

New in this area. Great onion rings. Huge portions. Cocktail was iffy but server made up for it. It was Mother’s day so very busy with a waiting list which we avoided by sitting in a booth in the bar area. Nice addition to our local scene.

Went there for dinner tonight! It was on a Friday evening around 5pm. There was a crowd, but our wait was around 15-20 minutes I ordered the “Sliced Brisket Plate” I chose the mashed potatoes with brown gravy and fried okra for my two sides. It also came with a roll. Portions are very large. And it was so delicious!

First time trying Flat Creek and I wasn’t amazed at all. Service was ish, my partner got the Cajun Seafood Boil and if you look at the picture closely you can see that the only thing that was seasoned was the corn. It was definitely not worth the amount you have to pay at all
