It took way too long for our food to come out.The fried chicken has no flavor and it’s a small piece of chicken breast. It only comes with 1 piece of chicken. The service was extremely slow inside as well.

Breakfast with a girlfriend this morning. The $23 buffet is what you want. Plenty of bacon and sausage. The fruit, mainly the pineapple, sweet. The grits were good and the jam for my toast was full of strawberries. Staff was friendly and constantly at our service. We weren’t guest at the hotel but if you are, you may get “coupons” for breakfast with your reservation. Enjoy!

This is a great hotel cafe! Very underrated and under used in my opinion. Maybe because it’s a bit hidden or maybe people think it’s only for hotel guests, but it isn’t. Their shrimp & grits is the best I’ve ever had! The BLT crabcake with house made chips is awesome. Most of the menu is outstanding, just don’t get the salad that comes with yogurt dressing, that was yuck! I’ve eaten here many times and they’ve catered many meeting I’ve had in the hotel, their food is good! Not cheap, but worth it.

I would give zero stars if I could the bar tender guy is absolutely rude and has no people skills. I was there about 2 months ago and my girlfriend is there tonight she is very turned off by the way the bar tender is acting. The prices for the drinks and food are extremely expensive and if I’m going to pay high prices I expect good customer service. Please listen and fire this bar tender. We love the hotel but hate to eat or have drinks at the bar because of him.

Omgoodness, food was great! Service from our server Vernessa was top notch. She took great care of us after we had a 14hour drive to get there. She is definitely an asset. The Male manager was a bit rude but he may have woke up on wrong side of the bed that morning.

If I could give a 0, I would. Sat for an hour and still no drinks. Brought out drinks and order was wrong. Margarita was served in a water glass. Soup came out cold. We gave up and won’t be back. Service and food is bad. They are understaffed and current staff can’t pull it off. Bad experience.

I don’t like to make reviews like this. However, the food was extremely bad tonight. When we walked in, no one seated us. We eventually went up to the bartender behind the bar to ask for seating options. They said to sit anywhere. The tables were all dirty. We sat at a dirty table and asked the waiter to clean the water off of it. Once we ordered, our food was the worst part. The rice was raw for the salmon dish – completely inedible. The plates were very hot (microwaved). The steak we ordered was rare not medium. I usually do not complain about food but this was the one case where it could not be excused. I asked the waiter to bring the rice back to the chef and all they did was send me some additional rice. Staff never apologized for the horrible food. I didn’t have the energy to complain tonight. I was too tired from my trip. This was my father’s day meal for my dad. Extremely disappointed.
