The restaurant was dirty and the workers dont welcome you to the store nor do they say they’ll be right with you. They just look at you from the back. I watched several customers leave due to lack of service. It took the manager to come out for them to get the orders together.

Horrible experience, 2 times in a row. 1st time, ordered ahead. Arrived at the specified pickup time, still had to wait 30+ minutes for my food. 2nd time, went through the drive-thru and ordered a family meal. They said it would be about an 18 minute wait, which was fine. Had to wait over 45 minutes for my food. Numerous people just drove off without ever getting their food. Seriously, what are they doing in there? How does it take 45+ minutes to get a bucket of chicken out?

The famous bowl was NOT hot nor was it in the right container. It’s called a FAMOUS BOWL. IT WAS NOT IN A BOWL. IT WAS IN A BLACK TO BIG CONTAINER. WITH THE SMALL AMOUNT. Took 10 minutes after estimated time for me to receive pick up order. Had to drive back because they forgot my ranch and KFC sauce for chicken tenders and took 10 minutes before anyone would talk to me so I could get the sauce I ordered. Chicken skin was very soggy and the chicken did not taste good.

Every KFC I go to the orders are always wrong or incomplete. Just order 8 piece chicken/8 tenders family fill up meal for $30. Quick pick up. My food was ready when I got there and was hot. Everything was supposed to be there. However I get home and I do have everything including correct sauces except my 8 tenders was missing. I called the store many times with no answer. Called customer service and waited forever! These KFC restaurants have gone down hill and the workers they hire dont make it any better. They just stand around on their phones, play talk to the other younger people that come walking in, dont greet the customers. They just don’t care. These managers need to take accountability for who they hire because it’s making their store look a mess!

You can tell just by looking at the exterior of this place it’s not going to be good; the parking lot is full of potholes and trash, the front door is so filthy you can barely see through the glass, but you think to yourself, “don’t be so judgy”. You go to the drive-thru, but the person speaking is obviously holding a conversation with someone else while taking your order, since they have to ask several times to repeat yourself. You finally roll around to the window where they hand you your drink, the cup is wet, completely doused in soda; you know it’s going to make your hands sticky. They ask you to pull around and they’ll bring your order out. The wait is shockingly less than 15 minutes, but when you get home you realize several things. 1. They asked what sauce you wanted, but AS USUAL there are no sauces in the bag. 2. There are no utensils, nor a single napkin to be had. 3. You wanted to try the new chicken nuggets, but one piece is smaller than your actual thumbnail and another is just a giant wad of fat/tendon. 4. The Famous Bowl is now made with their gross nuggets instead of the popcorn chicken. 5. The biscuits are about the size of a golf ball now and so severely undercooked they’re essentially warmed up dough, I hope that one tiny bite I had doesn’t make me sick. 6. They know they stink so they don’t bother to put a survey on the receipt. I guess if I was running a business that was just the worst I wouldn’t want any feedback either.

Food is getting worse, too expensive for chicken pieces that have very little meat on the bones. You have to ask for sauces, napkins, straws, and the receipt half the time! Atmosphere is–> remodeling won’t help make the chicken better!
