Ordered mashed potatoes w/gravy and when I got home there was no gravy on the mashed potatoes. The fries had the same taste as the chicken. The chicken tastes nothing like KFC chicken. First time I ate KFC in about 3 years and am Extremely disappointed that I payed that price for this. I will not be returning to this location.

Horrible. Drove through and took 30 minutes to get home. Chicken was pretty much batter colored. Not fried long enough. Too far to drive back. Unfortunately we spent close to 60 bucks on a family meal. Just hoping none of us get sick. Sides were good.

Got an online order from this location and the chicken combo I got didn’t bring the biscuit and even though I put extra crispy they gave me the normal. The chicken was small and didn’t even give me the right pieces. The fries also have a small amount and the chicken was dry.

[March 2023, Drive Thru] I asked to get two “2 for $5” orders, the lady said “We don’t have enough” like wait KFC, the chicken place, doesn’t have enough chicken? I asked for the manager, and guess what? The employee in question (Named Marisa) confusedly said “I am the manager” with certain uncertainty. She later admit that they did have enough chicken, and could make the order no problem…but it would take 25 minutes…for 4 little wraps? I let her know that I will be reporting her and that location, and you know I did. Marisa, Manager or whatever, fix it or you won’t have a job. 1 (800) Call-KFC for anyone wondering. Get your food elsewhere, and please have a healthy day

Without a doubt one of the worst KFC locations I’ve experienced. I’ve been to this particular KFC several times, and each time hoping that the mediocre service or quality of the food would get better. On one occasion, my group showed up about 90 minutes until closing and were told that the only side we could get with our meals was cole slaw. The second visit, the same thing thing happened except it was mashed potatoes that we could only get and they were also out of white meat chicken. Considering neither of these visits was even within an hour of closing, I’d consider this mediocre service. On the latest visit, I ordered a $10 popcorn chicken bucket only to find that it was about 3/4 full. I had just purchased the same exact bucket from a Riverside location the day before and knew just how full to expect it. You should not be able to move one or two popcorn nuggets and see the bottom of the bucket. Very, very dissapointed.

its almost like this place allows crackheads from the streets to work here.. not a single time ive been to this kfc has my order been right. all the workers act like they cant hear or will not communicate and ive had to call and return to get my order right. hire better employees because as of the past couple years this has been an issue.. and it is not my job to stop going to a food place i like, its the companies job to satisfy the customer, why else are you a business.
