If I could give negative stars I would!! I ordered a pan pizza and lava cakes and paid $25. I received a hand tossed pizza with crushed lava cakes. My driver left the store at 4:43 and arrived at 5:12. My location is 6min away. So my order was crushed, cold, and wrong. On top of that Ive tried calling for 2hrs with no answer. I’ve had several friends try to call so they are just not answering their phones at all on a Saturday night. I want my money back and I will be showing up with this garbage after I get off work. Since they won’t answer the phone.

Food was hot good it’s bad when you pay for your food the day before and they tell you all you have to do is pick it up at the time you told them and when you pick up food they tell you they need you to pay more money had to pay for pizza that I didn’t even order the lady was a rude but I guess that’s one way to sale pizza that I didn’t need want be going back to this one guy working front desk didn’t know what he was doing bad management

I order online every Saturday during Football season. They are having trouble keeping workers but my pizza is always hot. Only once have I had to wait and the staff gave me a 2 liter coke and a 20oz to enjoy while they remade my pizza.

Because it’s Domino’s and it’s my favorite pizza place but I kind of felt some type of way today when I sat at the window forever waiting on one vehicle because when I come to the window and pay if my order is not ready they make me pull up or either come back around. I like my pizza really fresh I use the app it should not take me that long to receive my pizza that is already made and ready after I get to the location. And if it takes 5 minutes to ring me up somebody please come and help the new person.

The worst experience ever. Ordered online. Picked up at store. Got home, order completely wrong. Tried calling, no answer for 10 minutes. Drove back to store, still waiting for them to answer. Was told by employee that they never answer the phone. Also told me my order was correct. I had to teach her how to read the order. She had to remake order 3 times before she got it right. Tossed pizza at me when it was finished. Never once apologized. Have left several messages with Corporate Office, have gotten no reply.
