my experience here was horrible had an argument with the boy taking my order his name was “Angel” very rude and not customer friendly, he said I would have to drive around again just to add suace and he would not give me my small simple order until I came back and my food was given to me already eaten and he refused to give me a refund and said I ate it, which is really messed up and it was clear he ate it . WHO CAN HELP ME. The kid name is angel I am very sad

Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. I knew immediately the food here was not going to be good but went against my better judgment and ordered anyway. I had the 2 pc $6 value meal (used to be $5). Chicken was dry and chewy, biscuit was stale, and mashed potatoes w/gravy was lukewarm. There was a food handler sitting on the prep counter when I walked in. The person quickly jump off the counter. When it’s dinner time and no cars parked out front. Move on.

After spending 10 minutes in the drive thru, we got to the order box and started ordering, when she said, if this is a big order you need to come in, now there was no signs saying that, and our order was over 6 Items but simple. We have been going and supporting this store throughout the pandemic when they opened. But we will rethink going here again. Customer service is 0.

Horrible not going back again! Ordered chicken chalupa got beef chalupa the only problem with that is I can’t have the beef so didn’t find out until I got home which was a 20 minute ride and when I called they said what do you want me to do you can bring it back and we’ll make you a new one so definitely find another KFC Taco Bell cuz this place always messes things up and I should know better to look at my order before we leave
