Went to the Baldwin Dairy Queen for supper yesterday. See the pictures to what we found the kitchen looking like. Garbage overflowing everywhere. Food waste laying on the counters, floors and even on the machines. Ice cream was everywhere as well.

We ordered 2 cherry mister misty floats. One was red and the other was white with a blotch of red on one side. I said to the young man, “That doesn’t look like a cherry Mister misty” He holds it up and points the the blotch of red and says yes it is and hands it to me. I told him it wasn’t right and he said he couldn’t take it back. I sat there looking at him and he finally said I can make you another and I said thank you. But why was I stuck driving around looking for a garbage for the one that was wrong?!!!

Hard to sell much when it’s only open for drive-thru. Nice to see multiple employees making use of the customer seating area. I’m in a semi, so this doesn’t work and have noticed many vehicles turn and leave as well. Thank God for Culver’s next door. Good luck staying in business.

Sign says dinning room closed, use drive thru. Sign on drive thru says only one person working. That person told us they were only serving ice cream, but when we tried to order, there was no response. Went to Culvers and got ice cream, no shortage of workers there.

Avoid this DQ at all costs. Andy is extremely rude and refuses to fix an order that they made incorrectly. We called 4 times and no one answered the phone we even tried to leave a voicemail and that is not even an option. Then we decided to drive back to the location with the receipt and he stated that there is no proof that it happened and he will not fix it! I called the store from the parking lot to get the corporate phone number and he hung up on me. Poor customer service if you ask me. Some people are just not made to work in retail.

IV tried 3 times to give this place a chance! First time I orderd a burger and it had so much mustard I couldn’t eat it, 2nd time I orderd chicken tenders and fries they were clearly warmed up in a microwave both were rubbery, 3rd was yesterday 6/3/23 my daughter and I went for lunch we sat behind 1 car for 15 minutes before they even took her order we get to the window and the guy says I’m the only one working so I’m only making Ibe cream we wait another 10 minutes and still wasn’t able to order we drive around the building to leave and no car at the pick up window! I have complained to the manager I hear and see him saying sorry a lot but nothing changes!

We always have issues when we come to this locations. Today we waited 45 mins in line/to get our ice cream. When we got to where we could place our order they told us the kitchen was closed… I waited 30 mins until this point. They need to post something outside their building saying the kitchen is closed… because that is just BS to wait that long to find out your can’t even order food. And to think we were waiting that long JUST for ice cream orders. It’s a longer drive to Hudson from my house but I will be going there from now on.

It was discussing, we walked in and they where standing there, i will show photos of what it looked like. then when we ordered it took almost 20-30 mins. got my food, atarted off ording a 4 piece bbq chicken and got a six piece normal chicken and it tasted old and bad, nothing was good but the drinks

Sign on outside mic says be patient theys only 2 of us (yes spelled wrong and looked like a 4 year old wrote it). By the way there was 3 people working so they can’t count. A tip jar in the window, really its fast food. I asked which blizzard is which. Kid says I don’t have a clue what is what. He just made them.
