I used to be a regular at this location until Emily started working there. Bad attitude and bad coffee. She is very unprofessional, she slammed the window on me and gave me attitude. She also took a very long time making the drinks and when I gave her my number for the rewards she told me it was incorrect even though i’ve used that number many times. Very disappointed in the hiring of this girl because all the other girls are very nice and make the best coffee.

We loved this coffee shop. We stopped a few times while visiting the Seattle area. Coffee drinks and service were great. We tried several of their very unique Bigfoot drinks all were very good. Nice selection of hot or iced coffee drinks as well as fruit smoothie drinks.

Honestly, I love Bigfoot Java and even though they’re spendy I think their drinks are amazing. The reason for the 2 star rating is that when I went there today I couldn’t pay in cash and had no other form of payment. I dont think it is right to not accept cash as a payment form. I’ll no longer be a patron.
