Consistently out of multiple menu items. Each time, they deliver disgusting looking food and bad attitudes. Most recently I ordered breakfast sandwiches and 4 honey crullers and 2 mochas. They couldn’t make mocha, so got lattes. The honey crullers were stuffed in a brown bag in pieces, and putting the pieces together, there were only 3. The sandwiches were burnt. I’ve cooked better breakfasts hungover at a campsite.

Lamentable! The service of Tim Hortons which is located in Westerville right next to Mac Donalds is terrible. I won’t go back there until the staff changes. We paid with my husband for our breakfast and waited at a table. When we asked about our order they had forgotten to make breakfast. The dirty and messy place. Nothing like what Tim Hortons was a couple of months ago.

My wife and I visited the Tim Horton’s on South State Street, Westerville, OH at 1:10 pm, Wednesday, February 15. We stood patiently at the counter for more than 5 minutes while two workers worked the drive-thru line. Even though both saw us, they did not even acknowledge our presence. When I finally asked for assistance, I was ignored. When I asked for a review/complaint card, I was told to go online and file a review. I then asked for the manager and was told by one of the workers in an angry voice that he was the manager as he walked right by us. We stood there for another couple of minutes being ignored by both workers. I will never go back there again and caution others should they think of doing so.

When I was ordering this morning (3/2/23) at the Westerville south state street location the employee was very rude when I asked to have my English muffin double toasted. The employee yelled that it was already toasted and I replied by saying thank you I appreciate that but I would like it double toasted. She ignored my request and I proceeded to order a 20 pack of timbits and asked for chocolate, honey dip and sour cream. I also ordered a cappuccino. When I got to the window what looked to be the manager handed me my food and my egg and cheese English muffin sandwich came completely untoasted. I felt as though this was done because I asked for it to be double toasted and she was very irritated by that request. Also the egg on my sandwich was green and appeared to be spoiled. When I got to school to give my students the timbits I received the wrong assortment. Again, it felt as though the employee did this because she was very upset by my double toasting request. I am very disappointed and will never go back to this location. I treated them with kindness only to be met with a terrible attitude, zero customer service and terrible quality of food.

Terrible experience. One of the managers, an older white guy named chris, should not have employment here. He has been an absolutely terrible employee every time. He is rude and disrespectful to everyone, even to his coworkers in front of costumers. Once he gets fired this place will get better

I’m done going to this one. This is the 3rd iced capp that I’ve bought from there since moving to Westerville and it’s DISGUSTING!!! Absolutely disgusting. Not sure if they don’t clean the machine or just don’t know how to make them but I’ve wasted enough money there. I literally just bought an iced capp and threw it away when I got home bc it was so nasty. See for yourself

Came in this am for a large hot Carmel latte it cost $5.19 and I got a large black coffee no flavor nor cream with whipped cream. Came back and all of the workers were at the window on the phone. I asked could I have a new drink the man said do u even know what a latte is…as a matter of fact I do. He said I will give u a refund no coffee. Wow what a way to do business save your time & money and go elsewhere
